Work Text:
Enid isn't deterred by Wednesday's silence and gloomy looks. She knows her girlfriend. She knows she struggles with emotions. She also knows that Wednesday truly does care (even though she hates to admit it).
Enid admires Wednesday for being herself, even when everyone tells her to be different. She won't pretend it's always easy, that she never wishes Wednesday would tell her more. But she won't ask Wednesday to change. Wednesday is just Wednesday. The silence and the gloom is included in that. Enid likes her that way.
Eventually Wednesday will reveal her thoughts in a Wednesday way. Enid waits.
