    “You know,” Jason starter, looking at Bruce and Dick’s pup from his outstretched arms, “I would say she looks like you, but that’s kind of redundant; you and B both have blue eyes and black hair. Kinda hard to mess those genes up.”

    Dick clicked his tongue. “She could have taken after Bruce’s mom’s side and had red hair.”

    “Oh my god, Bruce with red hair.” Jason laughed, Dick rolling his eyes as he took his daughter back from him.

    “Wasn’t your mom a redhead too?” Dick retorted, smiling smugly at Jason’s immediate frown. “She’s got my nose, I can already tell. Bruce’s eye shape though.” His tone dropped sadly, and Jason patted his back.

    “Don’t worry, we’ll avenge him. If not for us, for her.”
