“You had these in your pocket for Anna?” he asked, wagging the tube of lube and strip of silver packets at Steve. “Three? Ambitious, aren’t we?”
“Three’s my record,” Steve panted.
Eddie halted halfway through stashing the items in his pocket. “Seriously?”
With a sex-drunk smirk, Steve asked, “You can’t bounce back after?”
“No, not for a few hours because I’m not goddamn Superman. Should I see if I can get you to four?”
Steve’s mouth sealed shut, and he swallowed audibly.
