Summary
Mac and Riley are teenagers and a power couple. Living on the streets but with their skills combined, surviving and acting in the sense of Robin Hood. But one day they run out of luck. Mac is caught and sent to prison for their actions. Riley can escape and is hired by the Phoenix Foundation. Then, eight years later, Mac is released from prison. They are both no teenagers anymore. They have changed. And then, one day when Riley comes home from work, Mac's gone.
A network of intrigues send him into the arms of his aunt Gwendolyn Hayes. He becomes part of Codex and with this, Mac and Riley become opponents, until one day Riley uncovers a lie which was developed so she would continue putting her skills at the service of the Phoenix Foundation. A harsh fight erupts between Codex and the Phoenix Foundation. Their love is caught in the middle of the gunfire. Will their love to each other and their relationship survive?
