    Summary

    Welp, it's some angst and hurt/comfort for everyone. Dream is not having a good time, aka captured and forced to shapeshift. Hob rescues him, but in the aftermath Dream finds it difficult to change his shape without remembering.

    Febuwhump Day 3: Muzzled

    He shudders. Someone's hands are on his face. Patting at it frantically. His face. With nothing clamped over it. He opens his eyes, taking a sharp, stuttering inhale.

     

    "There you are," Hob says softly, and Dream licks his dry lips, marveling at the feel of them again. He raises his own human-shaped hand – human-shaped, again – and brings it to his face. He reacquaints himself with the feel of it before his energy runs out and the hand falls back.
