Summary
Phil is a hero in the apocalypse who goes around saving people from certain death before leaving them bemused as ever. Techno is a weak little teenager with insane luck and smarts.
Phil doesn’t truly believe in coincidences. Once is an accident, twice will end up with a bullet in someone’s skull.
Yet he still encounters Techno in circumstances where the emo teenager should’ve definitely died, and he’s there to save the day.
