“What? So you were just going to leave without saying goodbye?” Felix shouted.
“Yeah. What? Did you expect me to stay for you?” Hyunjin’s words were harsh and cold. Tears pricked the corners of Felix’s eyes, a hard lump forming in his throat. He just stared at Hyunjin, unable to speak, afraid his emotions would overflow if he did.
Hyunjin stared back at him. “Oh don’t give me that crap.” Hyunjin spat. “Don’t act like what we had was anything special. You know what you signed up for, we both agreed to this.” Those words cut Felix deep. He could hear Chan’s voice ringing in his head. Don’t get involved with him. You know it won’t end well. Tears began to slip down Felix’s face. He couldn’t hold it in any longer, he felt his emotions bubbling up inside him, they were going to spill. “Fuck. You.” Felix’s voice was low and shaky, but he made sure Hyunjin could hear him. Hyunjin just stared at him with an expressionless gaze. “You already did.
