Abditory- a place into which you can disappear; a hiding place
There's a place on the island. It's almost as if the small crawl space was made for me.
I discovered it with Tenzin a long time ago. At the time no one knew where it was except for him and I.
I told Kya about the place one day. She seemed proud that I found a safe place to go and relax.
Tenzin hasn't been to the spot since Jinora was born, but I find myself coming here more often as the days go by.
I watch as the sun disappears in the orange sky's.
The moon rises. It's beautiful, just like her.
I imagine as her soft hands gently cafuné through my hair.
She's warm, it brings me comfort. I wished the imagination would come to reality, and it did.
The tall blue eyed woman stepped carefully into the small, safe space settling down beside me.
It's exactly as I imagined. She gives me a soft smile it's gentle, just like her words.
"Are you okay?" She asks, rubbing my back affectionately. I nod with a smile, a smile that could light up a room.
"You have such a beautiful smile, you should show it more often." She tells me. It sounds sincere, she really means it.
Maybe I should show it more often, just for her. I hope my smile makes her feel the same way, hers makes me feel.
Her smile is like the first day of spring. It's bright and pure, just like her .
I will forever share my abditory with Kya.
