Summary
Tired of being treated as second-class citizens, the Beta population of Japan revolts against the Alpha and Omega aristocracy, starting with a violent attack at an event hosted at the Imperial Palace. Much of the nobility is killed in a single night, and the Royal Family is taken hostage by a fascist regime intent on rebuilding their country with a warped image of equality. A bloody civil war follows and the country falls into the cruel routine of a dystopian nightmare. A small boy is found with no name or history, and is taken in by the Karasuno Pack to be cared for by Koushi and Daichi. He's given a new name and a pack to call his own, and builds a new life in the rural mountain town.
Years later, rumor spreads that Prince Shouyou Hinata escaped the tragic fate that met the rest of his family. Three factions are on the hunt to find him first. One wants to reach a peaceful resolution. Another wants to be rid of all threats. And the last wants to bring back the monarchy. Being pulled into differing directions, how is Shouyou supposed to know who to trust? And when so many want to mate with him, the line between honesty and ulterior motives is further blurred. Who will Shouyou align with? And who will win his heart?
