"What're you doing?" Felix asked, craning his head to see Hyunjin focused on a blue flower in his hands—multiple lay scattered around his lap, some settling themselves in Minho's hair, giving his skin a vibrant touch, and some leaving behind blue imprints on Hyunjin's royal robes.
They all had one thing in common: their petals were torn.
"Understanding," Hyunjin huffed, wincing as the next flower's petal tore apart in his fingers, staining the tips further and leaving behind a sticky residue. He grimaced, but let his expression soften when he looked at Felix.
"Understanding what?" The younger asked, tilting his head to the left.
Hyunjin paused, laying the flower on the ground gently. To love, he wanted to say, but he opted on smiling at Felix. "Many things. Which I wish I knew how to."
