Chapter Text
Jason is sitting in class waiting for the bell to ring. He has been sleeping for most of the class. Until the teacher came and woke him up and told him to go to the office. It always the same thing every day. He is sick of it and just walks to roams around the hallways to show up late to ''counseling". She knows what he was doing and didn't mind it at all.
Jason came and knocked on the door and she said come in. He sits in the chair and just puts his head on the desk in front of him. He didn't feel like talking. The counselor puts a pencil and a sheet of paper. Jason picked up the pencil and started drawing. Whenever the counselor pulls out paper and pencil, which is like every day, Jason would draw what's on his mind. Jason put the pencil down, pulled out a colored pen and started drawing on his hand. The counselor points out the hearts and butterflies on Jason's hand. He covers his hand and feels embarrassed about. The counselor stated, 'So what? You have your friends draws on your hand?'' "Shut up!'' The room went silent with a long period of silent. Jason felt bad and started to cry. 'I'm sorry' is all he could say as he snapped at someone who he thought he can trust. He started packing his stuff up and said he might come back later of the day without leaving with a hall pass.
He roams the halls seen he doesn't really have a class to go to but suppose be at the office or a teachers classroom helping them out but today is not the day. He just needed some alone time for himself not even going to his favorite teacher's class. He counties to roam the halls when he sees Dax coming from the library. Dax waves at him and runs up to him. "Hey buddy." Jason waves. "You good? You seem kinda down." Jason nods no. Jason walks with Dax from the library to Dax's class, Mr. James, Jason's favorite teacher and class. Mr. James sees Jason and waves at him. Jason waves back and wave at Dax. He closes the door and goes to the office and grabs the stuff there. One of the things goes to the Counselor, Mrs. Dean, he didn't want to go back there but he kinda had to.
He walks down the hallway towards Mrs. Dean office and knocks. She opens the door and lets him in. Jason hands Mrs. Dean the letter addressed to her but then he sees an art piece he made with his signature on it. He looks terrified because it was venting art. He asks if he could keep it. Mrs. Dean looked at him and nods. ''Also, you don't have been scared. You are allowed to feel emotions.'' Jason nods, hugs her and started crying. He sat down in the chair and started getting a hold of himself. 'Can I have a squishy ball?' Mrs. Dean tosses him the ball. He asks if he can leave with the ball? She just let leave while saying that she has many he can have it. Then the bell rings for lunch.
Jason runs to Mr. James class and sees Dax opening his locker. He yells out for him. Dax turns around and waves then Daisy and Danny come from behind. The last person they have to wait is Windy. They’re sometimes late because their class is on the other side of the school. After a couple minutes, Windy shows up and they all walk to lunch.
Jason says that they should sit outside around the circle table with the bench. Daisy, Danny, Windy and Dax agree. Danny and Windy goes to the vending machine before going to the table. Daisy, Jason and Dax sit at the table wait for the other two. Once the two love birds got there, they started playing a card game. Jason was get mad about losing, Dax and Danny laughing at him, Daisy trying to do some work for a project in science. Windy just confused on how to play. Jason threatened to stab Dax and Mrs. Dean hears and comes over to figure out the problem but there wasn’t really a problem just Jason raging in cards.
After lunch, Jason, Dax, and Danny go to athletics and Daisy and Windy go to photography. Coach gives the team a day off after working so hard for the last two tournaments. Jason and Danny play tic tik toe with the tennis ball. Dax ask Coach Rogers if he can go to the Yearbook Room. Danny went to the yearbook room and hangout with Daisy and help them with their cover for the yearbook. Jason has been kicking Danny's ass in tic tik toe. Coach made Jason run the court three times. Dax falls on the floor laughing at him, then Coach made him run after Jason run his three and dismisses the team to change and go to class.
In English class, Jason's teacher comes up to him and ask if he good. He doesn't really have friends in that but gets along with everyone. He just sits in his desk with his head down waiting instructions. When a student comes up to him and starts making rude remarks about how he dresses, look, and act. Student said, "Hey Bella, why do you dress like a boy. You are not a boy. You are girl.'' Jason yelled, ''Shut up and leave me alone you make me do something you're going to regret.'' Student's friend, "Dude chill he's just joking.'' Jason in complete disbelieve, "A joke. You think that was funny or a joke. That completely disrespectful and rude. You better be thankful that you intervene. Or unless he would be in the hospital.'' Jason will and would've beat him into the ground. Mrs. Jackson hears what's going and lets Jason do his thing. Mrs. Jackson takes Jason outside the classroom for a bit.
Mrs. Jackson asking Jason nicely him if he would like to go out in the hall and work with a partner for the assignment. Jason in a questioning tone, "What about them. Are not going to punish them.” Mrs. Jackson looking into the window, ”Oh of course I’m going to punish them but first, I have to talk to principal about this situation. I can tell that they will be punish for their behavior.” Jason nodding. Mrs. Jackson asks who Jason would like to work with. Jason ask to work with Patton. Mr. Jackson ask for Patton to come outside with her where Jason is. They work together on the assignment and a bit of the project for Mr. James class.
Once class was out, Jason had one more class left to go to... it's reading class. The worst class of them beside science. Jason, Danny and Daisy have reading together with Mr. B. Mr. B isn't the worst teacher but the class cause a group of students. He knows how to shut them up but 9 times out of 10 just writes them a pink slip. During Reading class, Danny started playing cool math on the computer while Daisy and Jason are working on the assignment in class. Danny gets caught later cause of go guardian and was given a warning. Danny ask Jason for help on it. He helps him. Once all three of them finish the assignment. They if they can go to another class to hangout with Windy. Mr. B calls Mr. Patton and Mr. Patton said yes. Mr. B sends them that way.
They get to Mr. Patton's class and sees Windy and Dax siting in the back of room with 3 open seats. Jason sits on the floor, Danny sits on the desk, and Daisy sits in a desk like a normal person. Dax and Windy stay siting in their seats. They talk about the school dance and what their doing this weekend. Dax fall out of desk from laughing and Danny falls on top Jason laughing too. Dax made a joke and everyone started laughing but those two are always falling somehow.
After school, the group said their byes and left for whatever they got to go do. Danny and Jason walk to 6th grade to grab some stuff. They always mess around with each other after school while walking to the buses. Jason gives Danny a nice girly 'bye baby'. Danny fed up with his bullshit and tells him to shut the fuck up.
Jason rides the bus home talks to everyone when they get home.
