Work Text:
Their mornings were often starting the same way. Little steps on the floor, before the door was opened.
“Papa! Papi! I am hungry!”
Marie was talking rather good now, but she clearly was in no state yet, where she would be able to properly make herself breakfast.
Trevor moved just a bit in Adrian’s arms. “You go,” he muttered, as he would so often do.
Adrian kisses his husband’s neck. “You go.”
Now, Trevor turned around to look at Adrian through squinted eyes. “No, you.” He kissed his lips now.
Adrian returned the kiss. “No, you.”
Normally he would not have minded to take care of the breakfast, but it was just too funny to annoy Trevor with this request and send him in instead. Though Trevor was a stubborn man, who now once more kissed him.
“Please?” he tried.
“I made breakfast yesterday,” Adrian replied. “And the day before.”
“But it is still early,” Trevor muttered and once more kissed Adrian in return.
Marie was not happy about it, groaning. “I don’t fucking care who makes breakfast. I just want something to eat!”
“You go,” Trevor tried again, just before Adrian kissed him.
“No, you.”
Trevor groaned. “Alright. Fine.”
