   Summary

   The difference between Madara or Tobirama with Hashirama in the office. Who can move their feelings aside and live in the village peacefully. Who can peacefully coexist without offending the other party?

   Madara was settling in the village very well before the fight between Senju and Uchiha on the battlefield became a fight behind closed doors.

   Tobirama was not. His negative biases and beliefs about the Uchiha were not negated with his positive language about passing certain policies when it's entrenched in his very biases against the Uchiha.

   Upcoming section on how Tobirama's ships portray him as more right and valid than Madara and Hashirama when it comes to canon. If he is seen as "morally gray" or not, it does not matter. For most fanon, he is not portrayed as "morally gray" and "wrong".
