up to no good, as usual.

Summary:

With a raise of his brow, he elaborated.
"Oh, no. I'm not after your money." brandishing the gun lazily.

"What could you possibly be after, then." Aizawa entertained him.

"What about," he pointed at Eraserhead's wallet, with said gun again.
"your driver's license?" ending the sentence with a smirk.

Or, Eraserhead gets caught in Monoma's mischievousness again.

Work Text:

Today has been a good day, as far as it goes. He managed to go through the lesson plan assigned to the class completely, Nedzu didn’t pop up out of nowhere from his scarf, no villains in sight, and the teachers' lounge was quiet with Present Mic taking the day off for some reason.

No offense to the man of course but, socializing isn't a forte of his and lately with his diminished sleep, he's feeling less and less accommodating for such pleasantries.

As such, jinxing himself isn't a thing out of the blue because right now he could feel someone following him quietly. Grumbling mentally, he stopped walking.

"Where do you think you're going?" Out of nowhere, someone sneaked up upon the 1A's homeroom teacher. Or to be precise, said teacher allowed them to, discreetly.

Seeing the gun pointed at him, "Don't take all of my money Monoma." Aizawa sighed, complying with whatever shenanigans his colleague's student seems to have going on, and he wasn't particularly in a bad mood to justify disheartening him from his escapades. Sleeping less doesn’t excuse you from being a jerk.

Also, this wasn't a new thing. For a while now, Monoma seems to have taken some kind of uncalled-for interest in him, either by coming up with random questions during the breaks.

Or, like right now. Doing some kind of "pranks" that involve no merit whatsoever, if, at the very least in their interior, a lesson is hidden… Probably.

With a raise of his brow, he elaborated.

"Oh, no. I'm not after your money." brandishing the gun lazily.

"What could you possibly be after, then." Aizawa entertained him. It looks like a water gun badly coated in black paint , continuing internally. If his intentions are purely sinister, then this gun is not scaring anyone, not even elementary children.

Cutting his internal monologue, "What about," he pointed at Eraserhead's wallet, with said gun again.

"your driver's license?" ending the sentence with a smirk.

Aizawa for all his life experiences, especially with villains which Monoma seems to be posing as

stumbled through his thoughts. Not to mention, other hijinks of his were a bit clearer in objective than this one.

That's .. unexpected . "Come again?"

“Now you have to section off a large portion of your afternoon break waiting at the DLC for a new one” Came his student's reply, and yes after all these meetings, he might have warmed a little to this... Gremlin of a student.

Monoma after all, has a keen mind with apparent potential hiding behind all the theatrics he usually keeps on. If you bothered talking to him for 5 minutes, the intelligence in that mind would be clear to anyone.

Still, what does he want with his license? “What is wrong with you today?"

“I'm just a guy who finds pleasure in wasting people’s time.” Monoma's voice is lilting with delight.

Yeah, add eccentric to that , which is an understatement. This is Vlad King's student, I should have expected it.

Since his patience started wearing out, he decided to put a stop to whatever it was that was going on.

“You know what? Just take all my money, I don't give a damn.” Being a teacher means you get to grade students' papers all day and night, 24/7 a week. It's all the job's position.

Especially since he collected 1A's papers recently. He can't waste such precious time that could be spent on his couch later with Bastard.

Sadly, Monoma doesn't seem to have any kind of obligations today because he continued, opening the wallet to show the cards in question, “How about instead I take every single one of your credit cards.”

Okay scratch that, since he is still being roped into whatever the heck that is his reality now, he might as well go along with it “I thought you didn’t want my money?” He raised his eyebrow, patience is a virtue after all.

“Oh,” Monoma drawled, “I’m not using them ” with a lopsided grin.

At the expense of his teacher's misery, he looked way too elated. “I’m taking them for the minor inconvenience it’ll cause when you can’t autofill your billing information when making online purchases.”

"I had Present Mic make those cards memorized.” Eraserhead deadpanned.

While sounding like he's holding back a laugh “Better give Mitsubishi Bank a call then, heard their hold times are a hassle”

Eraserhead's eyes narrowed “Monoma, you don't want to get me annoye–” cutting him off with an unexpected declaration, “–You’re going to be even more annoyed when I take your covid vaccination card.”

“What? But Corona ended months ago?” Seeing the student's appalled reaction, "Guess you're the one out of cards now." Blame him for sounding too proud of that comeback.

Pouting a little, “That's not fair, Aizawa-sensei.”

Face becoming blank once again, " Last but not least, I think I’ll be taking these for later." He took whatever he found in the wallet, only for his hands to come out with lollipops.

Huh? Not what I had in mind, but it works too! "Oh, I’m sorry, were you planning on using them for something? Never knew you had a sweet tooth sensei.” eyes crinkling.

Grinning his usual feral smile™ “Yeah, these are for Eri, I always have a stock on me” mouth stretching furthermore with how Monoma's face was crumbling, "You know, in case she ever wanted one."

The security guard watching through the CCTV U.A. camera, eating popcorn only god knows from where did they come with it. “Put him in his place, Eraserhead!”

Fidgeting a little with the lollipops now, Monoma returned everything to the wallet insides, putting it into Eraserhead's pocket and then dusting off his shoulders.

"Well! Send her my regards, and that I'll be coming tomorrow with a bunch of apple-flavored candies" cackling like a madman, only the shadows of the phantom thief could be seen now.

Being left all alone now finally, huh. That's an awful idea for villains, thank god no one is unhinged enough to attempt it, Aizawa thought to himself, sighing fondly.

Continuing his walk to the dorms with a light step, lollipops jiggling in his pocket.
