The world was caving in.
Optimus had sent away the rest of the autobots, once again happy in his decision to send the Rescue Bots away. They shouldn't have to see this.
They won't see this.
Optimus closed his eyes, letting the pull of oblivion take him away. He heard Smokescreen begging for him to stay. The youngling would be a good Prime, and grow into the role well.
The peaceful blue oblivion turned a harsh neon green, and he was transported to a beautiful black stone palace, all wrought iron and carved stone.
The large green dog from before came up and rubbed his head against his hands. He realized where he was. He was at Danny's place, the Ghost Zone. He followed the dog, his tag proclaiming his name was Cujo.
He walked into the beautiful garden of blue flowers, reminiscent of the ones he had seen on the battlefields of Cybertron.
Danny? He asked, looking at the too skinny teenage boy in a t-shirt and jeans. He looked exhausted, but gave the old bot a small smile.
"What am I doing here? I should be joining the allspark."
Danny sighed. "Think of me as the regional manager of the human and not so human dead. I am connected to hundreds of afterlives, and make sure souls and sparks get to the right ones." He said, getting comfortable on the bench.
He patted on the seat next to him, and Optimus sat down next to him. A pot of hot chocolate, a few cans of red bull, and several colors of energon. Optimus picked one of the more colorful options, and cracked open the cube. It was his favorite sweet yet calming blend of energon, and he drank it thoughtfully.
"I will lend you some of my power." Danny said suddenly. "This is bigger than just your own kind. The flood of cybertronian dead is starting to overwhelm our systems, and a seer very close to me told me that having you share my power."
"I- well, thank you. I will use it carefully."
"No Prime, use all of it. I am an undisputed God-king of this realm. You using a bit of my supernatural strength isn't going to kill me."
Optimus saw his vision blur, and Danny took his cube of energon from him. "We are out of time, Optimus. I hope you make it to see me here in better days. Through one of my portals, not a blue screen of death." Danny said.
Smokescreen grabs the forge and decides to go apeshit, shoving it into Optimus's hand and screaming his name.
Optimus wakes up, a dreamy look on his face. "Smokescreen, where is Darkmount?"
"To the east. What happened? Why are your eyes green?"
His eyes were in fact green.
"I gained a new ally in an unexpected place. He is lending me some of his power for this battle."
"Who?"
Optimus smiled. "The regional manager of the human and not-so-human dead."

Danny wrinkled his nose as he walked into the lean to. It seemed to be a shrine, split evenly between a yellow bot and… himself. Yeah, this all needed to burn. He lit the entire place with hell fire, destroying it without affecting the forest around it. He left, washing his hands of that creep.
Blades was very sad when his idol worship shrine went up in flames.
