Peter B. Parker is a walking disaster of a human and an amazing Spider-Man. He acts like a child and has been a hero longer than most Spider-People have been alive. And he won't leave Miguel alone.

Instead, he leaned away and leveled a glare at Peter. “Stop relying on your spider-sense.”
Peter blinked at him, his arms still half out like he was going to go back in for another hug. “Huh? Why?”
“You shouldn’t have stepped in front of me like that,” Miguel tried to explain. Again. “I could have seriously hurt you.”
Peter openly scoffed before reaching up and gently grasping Miguel’s jaw, using the hold to lightly shake his head back and forth. “Oh look at me, I’m a big bad vampire spider, I’m sooo dangerous.”
Miguel was so confused and taken aback, he just let it happen.
The gently mocking grin softened into a smile that was achingly sincere as fingertips tightened on his skin. It felt remarkably like a caress.
No, it had definitely been a caress.
“I’ve never been in any danger from you, Miguel.” Peter’s voice was quiet. Irreverent, teasing, and so fond that it hurt.
