Summary
Satoru bids an enthusiastic goodbye to the beautiful fire man and his sullen friend, waving cheerily as they walk into the sunset. Yuuji waves back with his whole body until he’s literally fading into the distance, and Satoru is so endeared he barely registers the feeling of Sukunyan clawing into the crook of his arm. It’s alright – tomorrow he’ll find him a new home, and that’ll solve his cat dad predicament.
Text me if you need any help, Yuuji had insisted before they left for the theater. He hadn’t processed the words at the time, too focused on the way Yuuji’s perfect lips had formed the words, and now he wonders if the offer extends to non-cat related activities.
Satoru pulls out his phone to ask, and immediately curses his horny idiot troll brain as the realization that they never exchanged numbers hits him like a freight train.
