“You want me to do what ?!” Gepard slammed his fists furiously on the table.
Bronya stared at Gepard dead in the eyes. “I want you to bring along Mr. Koski with you on your mission.”
Gepard turned his head towards the smug blue haired man sitting next to him. “Bronya, he’s an amateur! He only started… not even a week ago! Five days at max!”
“And your point is?” Bronya crossed her legs and slammed a file chart onto the desk. Gepard didn’t dare argue with Bronya and instead flipped through the pages of the file. “Mr. XXX,” Gepard started reading aloud, “XXX Street, XXXXX.”
“Seems like quite the rich man, living in that mansion!” Sampo pointed to the photograph of a spacious white mansion that looked almost surreal.
“This assasination was requested by a friend of mine. She said that this man has done various acts of identity fraud and selling unknown substances for absurd prices.” (Sampo hummed nervously when Bronya had said that.) “Not to mention the ransoms and… kidnappings.” Bronya shuddered at a recent memory.
“So just break into the house and kill him? Easy-peasy!”
“It’s not that easy, Koski.” Gepard looked at Sampo with frustration. “Says here there are guards protecting this man everywhere. Must be a famous man if he has that much security.”
“So we just kill ‘em all then. No problem!” Sampo smiled as he loved teasing and irritating the unbreakable Gepard Landau.
“I trust you that this will go well. And Gepard,” Bronya’s posture stiffened as she spoke, “I trust you to get along with Sampo Koski and cooperate with him.” Gepard didn’t need to hear what would happen if he didn’t follow Bronya’s orders. Gepard responded with a small nod and pushed in his chair. And with that, the two men exited the room.

The sun was setting slowly in Bebolog. The two assassins were dressed in black with their weapons securely fastened on their waist. Gepard wore a black jumpsuit with many belts and straps wrapping around his waist. His hands were dressed with an obsidian gauntlet and daggers were pointing out of where the knuckles were. His dirty blonde hair was sticking out of his hood, covering half of his right eye. Sampo wanted a bit of “pizzazz” to his outfit and chose a similar black jumpsuit as Gepards. Except his hips were showing. And his thighs. And his biceps… Sampo had a slightly, no, very revealing outfit. (And Gepard would be lying if he said he wasn’t slightly flustered at Sampo’s choice of uniform.) His hood was tucked underneath his long silver streaks of hair and had long wavy daggers in both of his hands.
“Stop stepping on me!” Sampo said in a semi-loud whisper.
“I’m trying to figure out a way to get in, you moron! Now move it!” Gepard shoved Sampo with his elbow (which Sampo replied with a small yelp). Gepard observed the scene carefully. There were two guards in the center of the yard and two more on the left. They were armed with guns, which would be a big problem for the both of them since they wielded close ranged weapons. Gepard glared at the right side of the courtyard to see Sampo running hastily— Wait. What?!
Gepard stood up from the bushes to see him more clearly. Sampo was running like the wind, slashing the guards on their necks. Gashes of blood were splattered onto the grass with dead bodies laying on the ground. This fucking idiot. Gepard thought. You’re so fucking hopeless Sampo. Gepard ran to Sampo, who was sitting on the stone bench near the tainted red fountain.
“So how’d I do, Gep?” Sampo smuggly smiled as he cleaned his blades in the fountain water. Gepard felt a migraine building up.
“You could’ve gotten us caught Sampo! What were you thinking!”
“But I didn’t.” Sampo smiled mischievously at the now irritated Gepard Landau. Sampo got up with a jump and patted Gepard on the back. “Let’s get going now~ Don’t want to linger here any longer!” Gepard stared at Sampo with his mouth agape. Sampo only laughed and made his way towards the back gate. Gepard shook his head and followed behind.

By climbing up the backyard window, the two found themselves in a small little bathroom. They stealthily made their way towards the long hallway where various doors were open. Guards were seen patrolling downstairs and more guards were half asleep while protecting the master bedroom.
“How do we get past them…” Gepard mumbled to himself.
“Here, buddy. Allow me~” Sampo reached for his belt and pulled out something that looked like a grenade.
“You are not blowing this house up.”
“Pft! This is an amnesia bomb Gep! I may be stupid, but not stupid enough to blow this place up. Especially not with a handsome person in the building~” Sampo winked as his tease.
“Are you talking about yourself, Koski? Or…” Gepard’s face grew red as Sampo gave him a flirtatious grin. Sampo twisted the pin on the grenade and threw it on the floorboards. A cloud of smoke instantly filled the hallways. Guards were alarmed by the sudden smoke but were soon too dazed to notice their surroundings. Gepard and Sampo held their breaths as they slipped past guards and the door. There they entered the master bedroom, where their target was sleeping heavily on the king sized bed. Sampo grinned as he twirled his daggers around his finger, planning where to slash his prey at.
“Be mindful of the camera on that wall, Koski.” Gepard pointed at the white box in the corner of the room. The camera lens pointed directly at the man sleeping soundly on the mattress. Gepard walked up to the camera and used his fist to punch it into bits and pieces. Pieces of bolts and wires were tangled on the ground.
“Aren’t there more cameras then… downstairs? What if they captured us?” Sampo asked. Gepard nodded as he headed towards the door. I’ll get rid of the evidence then. You do… whatever gruesome things you wanna do to that guy.”
Sampo nodded and threw some amnesia bombs towards Gepard, which Gepard caught involuntarily. Gepard left the room and left Sampo with his vulnerable prey.
—————
Sampo walked around the bed, playing with his daggers. Oh how Sampo loved torturing his targets. How fun and amusing it was to see them bleed to their deaths. I guess that's why Sampo enjoyed the whole assassin job. He loved the danger, the blood, everything. He laughed maniacally as he prepared to slice the man into two.
Slash!
Sampo’s eyes widened. Straws of hay were scattered all over the bed as replacement of blood. A decoy?! Sampo was too dumbfounded to hear the footsteps approaching him. Sampo turned cautiously at the man, clapping his hands at a slow pace.
“You tricky bitch.” Sampo gawked. “You knew we were coming, didn’t ‘ya?”
“I suppose so.” The cross man took out a small glass box with a big red button in the middle. (“Are we in some kind of movie… ‘cuz the whole big red button is so cliche..” Sampo thought) “You didn’t really think I had an inadequate and lousy security system, did you?” (Sampo crookedly smiled as he actually did think that.) “I let you two through so I can deal with you pests myself.” And with that, the red button was pushed and alarms were ringing.
—————
“That’s the last of them.” Gepard mumbled to himself. Gepard had knocked out every single one of the guards that were protecting the hallway. He walked carelessly around the halls and decided to snoop around a bit. It wouldn’t hurt to look… Gepard thought. He opened a small narrow door to find an empty bedroom. Nothing special there… He looked up at paintings that were most likely stolen. He would have to retrieve those later. Gepard looked down the stairs to see… flashing red lights and more guards? Before Gepard could process what was going on, a piercing alarm noise rang throughout the mansion. Soldiers were trampling up the stairs as Gepard was hiding behind a door. Soldiers made their way up towards the master bedroom where… Koski! Gepard panicked. What did that blue haired idiot do this time?! Gepard had to think of a plan… and quickly.
—————
Fuck. Sampo was swarmed by guards armed with guns. At any moment he would become a blood stained mess. Sampo gripped his weapon with his hands in the air. C’mon Gepard… where are you? “So.. did you really kidnap people? Hold people for ransom, sir?” Sampo asked. If he could just buy some time for Gepard…
“Don’t think you can buy some time. Say goodbye you bitch.”
“See ‘ya.” Sampo said with a wink. The puzzled man, confused with Sampo’s response, gasped. The room was quickly filled with grey smoke. Coughs and groans were heard across the room. Sampo felt his hand being tugged by Gepard as they escaped from the room. Guns were being fired in all directions.
Blood splattered on the floor. Sampo limped as he felt the burning pain on his right calf. Blood oozed from his wound and Sampo let go of Gepard’s hand. Gepard froze as he saw the wounded blue haired man. Without a thought, Gepard swept Sampo off the ground and carried him bridal-style, running down the stairs. Sampo was surely very shocked at the position he was in, with Gepard being embarrased even more.
“Got a plan, lover boy?” Gepard asked while dodging bullets and running in random directions.
“You run. I’ll plant bombs so we can finish this mission.” Sampo pulled out a ziplock bag of serveral rock-sized metal balls. (Gepard sighed in disappointment at the ziplock bag.) He took a handful of the metal death toys and placed it all around the house. Gepard ran as fast as he could, lucky to have had all that track trainings. As soon as Gepard felt that he had ran everywhere in the mansion, he darted towards the front door. He didn’t even bother to unlock the door, and instead punched the wooden door and copper locks with his fists. Sampo snapped his fingers and instantly the bombs went off. (Gepard saw the remote control in his other hand, so he wasn’t very impressed at Sampo’s “magic snapping”.) Fire blazed from the house and bits of wood were scattered on the bloody grass. It was lucky that ther victim had no other houses next to the mansion… otherwise…
Screams of aganizng pain was heard from the building. A faint shadow stood at the now broken door frame. Geez… still not dead! Sampo thought. Gepard huffed as he dropped Sampo on the ground, not seeing the shadow approching closer.
Bang!
Sampo sat there in horror to see fresh blood trickling down Gepard’s left shoulder. Gepard turned to see their half burned victim aiming a shotgun towards the both of them. A full load of curses exited out of the charred man that even Sampo flinched at. Gepard was too weak and exhausted to comprehend what was going on. All he could feel was a sharp burning pain on his shoulder. Sampo could’ve used his bombs… but he was too far away and Sampo couldn’t move an inch. The only thing he had was his daggers. If he could throw a perfect headshot then… Sampo gripped his daggers and prepared himself to throw. Their target was too busy cursing and talking about his gruesome plans to keep watch of Sampo. Gepard kneeled on the ground and saw Sampo’s reckless plan. He nodded in approval and closed his eyes. He couldn’t handle the suspense of—
A loud scream echoed through his ears. Gepard turned around and saw the half burned man turn into a burned meat skewer. Sampo laughed maniacally as he threw his other dagger at the man, piercing his heart. Sampo’s plan had actually worked. (Then again, when has it not?) Gepard winced at the pain on his shoulders, which Sampo audibly heard.
“I’ll call Bronya to get us Gep. You alright there?”
Gepard nodded. “I’ll manage.”
Sampo dialed Bronya on his phone, not even bothering to use his walkie talkie. “Hey Bronya,” Sampo started, “mission success! Now come get us.. please.” Sampo began talking to Bronya, explaining their situation. Gepard felt a wave of tiredness crash upon him. He leaned on Sampo’s shoulder and closed his eyes.
“…I’ll see you at base Bronya. I’m in the middle of something.” Sampo hung up the phone and held Gepard’s trembling hand. The two layed on the blood stained grass, in the pale moonlight. Gepard smiled as he scooted closer to Sampo. A warm hand caressed Gepard’s face as he soon passed out from exhaustion.
—————
“You two are so reckless!” Bronya covered her face with the palms of her hands.
“But we got it done, didn’t we?” Sampo wrapped white cloth around his bloody calf.
“You two almost died out—”
“But we didn’t~” Sampo teased.
Bronya groaned. “You two are dismissed. Just… go rest up. Tell me when you’re ready for another mission.”
“Yes ma’am!” Sampo chuckled as he was picked up by Gepard. Gepard had an expressionless face and Sampo couldn’t help but tease him for it.
“Why so mad Gep~? Did I steal the kill from ‘ya? Hm~?”
“Not mad. Just thinking.”
“Oh~? What is it?”
“Just thinking that I might just bring you along on my missions. That’s all.”
Gepard smiled at the surprised blue haired man on his back.
I think I could get used to him… Gepard thought.
