   There was a one-in-a-million chance that Bruce Wayne would ever see him again.
   A one-in-a-million chance that Bruce would end up working alongside him.
   But yet, here that chance was, standing in all his 5'4 glory, gold eyes defiantly glaring up at him.

   Ah right. Bruce forgot about that part. This one-in-a-million chance didn't like him very much. Just because he was the new head of security at the Wayne Tower didn't mean that Bruce would be spared of his snark and let into his heart so easily.

   And Bruce didn't understand why that was so important to him.
   Maybe because the mere thought of losing this chance threatened to tear him apart completely.
   Maybe because his smile was so genuine, Bruce found himself spiralling into further internal chaos.
   Maybe because, despite all the people that waltz in an out of his life, all the exes and his emotional constipation, Bruce Wayne had finally fallen in love. With a dude who hated his guts.
