Work Text:

"What are you making?" Natasha asked as she entered the communal kitchen, opened the refrigerator and looked for something to eat for breakfast.

"I thought you wanted to know what I was making?" Clint asked.

"I thought I should find something healthy for my baby bump," Natasha said, resting her hands on Phil's and Clint's baby girl.

"I don't think a scone is going to hurt the baby," Clint said. 'I'l make you a pot of tea. I know there's herbal. Just make sure you have some fruit on the side and maybe something with calcium."

"You've been reading pregnancy books," Tony said, coming into the kitchen.

"He's been reading What To Expect When You're Expecting." Natasha said.

"I had to do something," Clint said. "What do I know about pregnant women?"

"Probably as much as I do," Tony said.

"There's the baby expert," Clint said as Bruce joined the small group of friends.

"How many babies have you delivered, Doc?" Natasha asked.

"Maybe 100 give or take," Bruce said.

'What's your plan for the day?" Clint asked Natasha.

"I don't suppose you'd take me to the Roxy Theater?" Natasha asked. "I am baking a baby for you and Phil."

"What are they showing?" Clint asked.

"The Red Shoes," Natasha said.

"I love you, Nat," Clint said, "and I appreciate you making us a baby, but please don't make we watch that again."

"What's it about?" Bruce asked.

"It's a tragic story about a dancer," Tony said. "It was my mother's favorite movie. "I'll save you, Legolas. I'll take your baby mama to the Roxy. I haven't seen it in years."

"Shouldn't you ask Pepper if she minds if you take me to the movies," Natasha asked. "There will probably be pictures. You know cameras are every where."

"Jarvis, dial Pepper," Tony said.

"Is everything okay," Pepper asked. "Jarvis said you wanted him to call me."

"Nat wants to see The Red Shoes," Tony said. "She was worried there'd be pictures."

"Of course there will be pictures," Pepper said. "If the tabloids say you're the father we can sue and donate the money to The Maria Stark Foundation."

"I like how you think," Tony said.

"We don't have a large legal department for nothing," Pepper said, hanging-up.
