Azure couldn't possibly let this opportunity slip through his fingers. Sun Wukong was his only chance at attaining his desired future, he couldn't possibly give up; not when he was this close. He has to take matters into his own hands, use some kind of bait to bring back his champion and old friend..... And who else than the moon to his sun?

Basically a "What If" in where Macaque dies but not in at the hands of Wukong. Also contains Azure being a power hungry fool (but I kinda love him.) This is also my first fic on here so hello! :D Don't know if I'm gonna continue this but yeah! The plot also isn't very strong so we'll see-
