Luffy felt listless and inactive and was surrounded by liquid?, he shouldn't be feeling anything in the first place, he was dead?!, luffy felt his body moving towards a tunnel the tunnel entrance was bright he had to shut his eyes
Opening his eyes luffy finds himself unable to see anything expect shining lights, he didn't understand what was going on or where was he or why he felt so small, or who was holding him.
In luffy fashion he'd realize that he was now a baby after a year 'Ahh I'm a baby' luffy realizes in astonishment

Luffy was currently 6 year's old once more, born to a royal family filled with bigotry nobles who acted similar to the celestial dragons. In this new life luffy was raised by maids due to his mother dying of an illness when he was three and his father exile by his older brother domnatio kira, oh and luffys new name was luna which was close enough to his real name
"Luna" a stoic voice calls out to the spaced out luffy
"Huh" luffy snaping out his dazed state turns around to face his older brother
"I had you ran away from your learning session" domnatio states with a frown housing his face
Luffy pouts before speaking "why do i have to study, it's useless"
Domnatio justs looks at luffy blandly "i will not engage in a pointless quarrel, child or not you should understand the implications of learning" domnatio says before stalking off
Luffy groans before stomping his way to the study roon "stupid dom" he mutters
Entering the study room, luffy is met with his homeschool teacher rosemary, a elderly strict women tapping her foot impatiently.
"Rodemary-sensei" luffy greets bowing down slightly
"At this point, i know you're pronouncing my name wrong on purpose, but matter not , today is the day you use your magic, we've already went through mana manipulation, knowing your lineage, your ability shouldn't be offensive. Now try it"
Luffy nods before outstretching his arms in concentration. 'will i get my old powers?, nah that would be boring, i want new powers like old man Whitbread or ace and Sabos even trao's' Luffy thinks
"Young Master what is this!" Rosemary cries out as luffy makes a ball of light floating around his palm
"What kind of magic is this?" Rosemary questions looking at the light "luna, what is your magic?" rosemary asks
"hmmmmm" Luffy says before thrusting his hand towards the ball of light, unbeknownst to the teacher student duo this would result in destruction as a the light expanded and made a hole In the study room
"What's this madness?!!!" domnatio shouts entering the library and seeing the destruction
"WHAT HAPPENED?!!" domnatio rages out uncharacteristically causing both luffy and rosemary to stay quiet
"LUNA!!" domnatio barks out in anger.
"I'm SORRY" luffy also barks annoyed by the elder brothers reaction

After shouting and arguing with the rebellious luffy, domnatio goes to his rooms balcony to settle down "what a intriguing ability, this will surely help boost kiras name."
"light manipulation was the first wizard kings magic, I wonder if Lunas light magic could reach such heights?"
While domnatio thought of the possibilities of luffys light magic, the said person was in the forest training his magic cabablities
"training here brings back memories, I wonder how things are going back home"
