   Summary

   Charlie's Great Aunt has left her Richmond townhouse to Charlie after her death, in thanks for the time she stayed to care for her. Charlie's fixing it up to sell while freelancing so she can go back to Australia. After an offer of a full time job at AFC Richmond, she starts making the sort of connections that make her question whether she wants to leave at all.
