   Summary

   The year is 1939, and most of the Heeler family has moved to Breslau, Germany after Bandit and Stripe discover a strange material in the Earth, seeing it’s potential to better the canine condition, they form Group 935, an international and secret research organization to find what element 115 is capable of.
