Summary
For a few moments Katsuki just stared at Izuku in the rain. His mind was full of the things he wanted to do, of how he wished to pull Izuku close or for Izuku to reach out towards him in a simple embrace(he wouldn't act on his desires because he didn't know if Izuku liked him back but also because he felt he didn't deserve for him to).
As they stood there, staring at one another, the rain started to pour hard yet again. They were standing so close to one another, close enough that just a step closer and they would be touching if either of them chose to close the space between them.
Patiently without any judgment, Izuku stood, still waiting for Katsuki's response. 'Well?', his green eyes seemed to be asking.
