    Eddie can handle being Steve’s side piece. Really, he can. What he can’t handle is watching Steve pretend to be straight, and acting like they don’t swap spit on the regular in front of everyone they know.

    Eddie tenses as Steve swipes his tongue along Nancy’s bottom lip, and Robin takes in a quick breath next to him. He feels for her, knowing that Robin has been pining after Nancy for as long as he’s been pining after Steve.

    He wonders if Nancy can taste him on Steve’s mouth.
