Qibli waited for winter fiddling with his talons.He was sitting under a tree near sanctuary and had sent winter a letter to meet him there.Everything would be all right he hoped he hadn't seen winter since he left for pantala he'd even brought back some pantalan food for him.
His eyes lit up and he felt his heart pounding in his chest as he saw the familiar blueish-white figure in the distance.Then he heard the sound of talons hitting the ground and smiled
"Hi..!" Qibli waved
"This better be important." Winter huffed
"So you're not glad to see I survived going to another continent to save the world?" Qibli smirked
"well...ah..uh..never mind" Winter's face twisted with frustration to Qibli's amusement "What was pantala like?" Winter asked curiously
"Different...the tribes are weird and they have weird plants and new things...like scrolls made of multiple bots of paper called books" Qibli tried to explain "I actually brought something back for you" he took out a small box containing some honey drops
"what is it?" winter looked mildly interested which was impressive for him "They're called honey drops I want you to have them." Qibli passed him the box.Winter picked up one analysing it before eating it saying nothing.
"There is something else I want to talk to you about" Qibli confessed,winter turned to him. "You know when I was introducing you to my horrible family and I said you wanted to marry me.Did you think it was just a joke?" Qibli sighed
"What.." Winter whispered
"Well it wasn't for me at least because I think I'm actually in love with you like when we hang out and I'll make you annoyed and you do that grumpy face it makes me so happy and I wanna be with you always" Qibli said quickly.Winter looked away from him "you like me back~ I can see it" He smirked
"You are an absolute idiot to think you have a chance with me but luckily for you and unluckily for me I do like you back you were one of the first people to treat me like a real dragon and not force stupid circle rankings on me" Winter confessed
"Awh how sweet" Qibli smiled provoking a harsh smack from winter's tail "do you wanna go flying?"
"Sure why not." Winter smiled
