Summary
While watching Chad’s band play once more, Uryuu asks Ichigo not to drink, so he can test out a theory he has. How much chemistry will Uryuu and Ichigo have when they’re sober? How well will they get along?
Ichigo surprised Uryuu by speaking for the both of them. “We’re not drinking tonight.”
Uryuu shot a look at Ichigo.
Chad’s lips curled up in an amused smile. “We?”
Ichigo leaned back and slung his arm behind Uryuu, resting it on the back of the bench. “We,” he said, and part of Uryuu, unsure of whether he was being made fun of, wanted to protest, to push Ichigo’s arm back on his side, to say, There’s no “we.”
