It was about 11pm at the night when he and his brother Mikey ran to the docks as they were able to avoid being seen by humans and make it to the specific location.
But then he hears the box turtle starting to complain.
“{groan} Raph, why are we here? I thought we were getting pizza?” Mikey asked. “Actually Mikey, Donnie told us that there has been a wave of mutants attacking the humans at this specific docks, so its our duties as heroes to save them.” Raph replied. “Whatever.” Mikey said being annoyed
And so they walk around an area of the docks until they come across their friends. “Hey, you two made it.” April said happily.
“Yeah! Plus check it out, I’m wearing a fashionable autumn jacket, since you know its really cold. Plus it gives Apple the warmth he needs because he is a bat.” Kara said as Apple emerges from her jacket’s pocket.
“Yeah, and those mutants you guys were told about are actually a group of crabs. And I must warn ya that they pitch really good.” Apple said to Mikey and Raph.
“Well then, now that we’re all together, lets go smash some crab mutants like a boss!” Raph said. “Ugh, please Raph, I’m getting sick of you saying like a boss a lot. Don’t you guys ever get sick of it?” Mikey said still being annoyed.
But he is responded by everyone shaking their heads meaning that they aren’t annoyed by the alligator snapping turtle’s catchphrase.
“Come on Mikey, it will be fun. Beside its just you and me against those crab mutants.” Raph said while placing the box turtle on his shoulder. “Right.” Mikey said.
And so they all head out to find those crab mutants. But what they don’t know is that they were being followed by them.

It wouldn’t be until a minute later when they end up seeing a raided warehouse in the dock, and so they decide to investigate it.
“You know, as a bat, I like the dark. But I don’t like how eerily silent the place is.” Apple said nervously. “Hey its ok Apple. And besides I’m sure everything alright-.” Raph said until everyone hears a clicking noise from the shadow.
And so after they see clearly, they realise that it was coming from one of the crab mutants. Who then charges at them, but luckly the mad dogs were able to dodge it at the last second. But then they see that the crab is accompanied by 4 other crab mutants.
“Well then guess like we have no choice but to take on these crabs. You guys got your weapons?” Raph said as everyone takes out their weapons. And so they charge at the crabs and battle them.
“Hey, watch the boots you crustaceous cheapskate.” Kara says as she bashes one of the crab mutant with her giant scissors.
But then she gets attacked by another one who proceeds to tore half off her jacket off.
And seeing this causes Apple to become extremely angry at them.
“Ok, you guys asked for it. As you won’t like me when I get MAD!!!” Apple said.
Before he transforms into a giant monstrous bat who proceeds to decimates 2 of the crab mutants. And seeing this causes Kara to take a photo of this massacre.
And it wouldn’t be long until Apple transforms back into his normal form as he sees that Kara is ok.
“Hey you alright Kara?” Apple said. “Yeah, thankfully it was only the Jacket and not my clothes or else things would've been wild.” Kara said.
And so she wipes the blood out of Apple’s face and feeds him a Grapefruit which he enjoys eating.

And while thats happening, Mikey and Raph were having problems with the 3 other ones but luckily, April was able to help them by using her mystic bat at them.
“Batter up, Mr Krabs!” April says before she hits the crab really hard that it causes its head to get decapitated. And so while she deals with the final two mutant crabs, Mikey and Raph hides behind a crate and it seems like that Mikey is angry at Raph.
“What are you doing Raph? We could’ve helped april take down these fools.” Mikey said angrily. “Look I’m sorry but I can’t risk you or me getting hurt. And as the leader its my duty to keep you safe.” Raph says to Mikey.
“But you never let me battle by myself and you keep constantly babying me. Remember what happened a few months ago? When you didn’t let me get the hot soup video game?” Mikey said angrily.
“Look Mikey, whether you like it or not, I’m still your big brother.” Raph said getting extremely annoyed.
‘Well, I wish you weren’t my brother.” Mikey said angrily. And this causes Raph to be shocked and heartbroken but not before seeing Mikey running up to one of the crab mutant while ignoring Raph’s pleads to get out of there.
“Hey! Crab mutant! Over here! Come and battle me, so I can prove my overprotective brother, that I am not a baby!” Mikey said and eventually he does get its attention but it doesn’t plan out like he was hoping.
And this causes April, {who has done taking down the 4th crab} Kara and Apple to see whats going on as they realise that Mikey has screwed up and is now going to get killed by the crab mutant.
Suddenly the mutant crab shoots laser eyes which Mikey dodges. But then this causes a hanging crane to break apart, which causes the box turtle to hide in his shell in fear.
And seeing the crab walking to the shell meaning that it will eat him, Raph decides to have a wrestle with it. And doing so, Raph throws Mikey out of the way just as the crane completely breaks apart and falls onto both the alligator snapping turtle and the mutant crab.
And while the crab gets killed by getting its head decapitated by the fallen crane. Mikey and his friends watches as it falls onto Raph, sending him underwater.
“Raph!” Mikey screamed.
He couldn’t believed his eyes, his older brother sacrificed himself so that he and their friends can be safe. But he still hopes that Raph hasn’t been squished yet and he was sure that after he gets out of the water, the box turtle would apologise to him about wishing that he wasn’t his brother.
But after a few minutes later it was clear to Mikey that Raph wasn’t getting out of the water. And so he stands up and look at his friends with confidence in his eyes.
“You guys go stay right here. I’m gonna go save Raph.” Mikey said as he confidently pulls out his kusari fundo.
“What are you crazy Angelo? Your a box turtle, you can’t swim.” Kara said worriedly.
“Yeah Don’t” April said as she runs to Mikey
But it was too late as the box turtle has already made his decision and has now dived into the water, to save Raph and fix his mistake.

He felt the cold breeze in the water after he went under. Which was a coincidence because it was nighttime during autumn.
But now wasn’t the time to check what time it is as Raph needs to get out of the crane as it was taking him down. And to make it worse he couldn’t reach his Tonfus, which are the only way he could save himself from drowning.
But not before the crane falls onto the ground with him and seeing his tonfus there as well, the alligator snapping turtle tried his best to grab it but they were just to far away.
And to make matters worse he was losing more air because he didn’t had the time to hold his breathe meaning that he will drown in a few minutes.
He tried again and again to grab his tonfus but once he finally did they just slide even further away from him, and this causes Raph to realise that he is scared. And so he tries to punch the crane but it was hard because of how it was made of the metal and stuff.
Until even though he doesn’t want his body to, Raph releases all of his remaining air and starts to inhale water. “No. Raph can’t drown and die. He still needs to be there for his brothers and friends.” Raph thought to himself as he was scared.
It was hard being the leader and the older brother of the turtles but if he dies then Leo, Donnie and especially Mikey would be dead.
Wait a minute. Mikey! What will he do without him?
He remembered the days where he would baby the box turtle and this causes him to regret it. As by not seeing how much his younger brother has grown, he didn’t realise until it was too late that his brother ha started to hate him even more until a few minutes earlier when the younger brother told him that he wished that Raph wasn’t his brother.
And so with one last inhale, the leader of the team blacks out but not before he sees something that looks like Mikey swimming towards him.

Mikey always knew that he didn’t have much long underwater. But it was all worth it to save Raph.
And then he sees his older brother trapped underneath the crane with his eyes closed and his tonfus far away from him.
And this causes the box turtle to panic as out of all of the brothers, Raph was the strongest and toughest one of the team. But now he’s here alone, trapped underwater and is about to die
And so the box turtles swims to his brother and tires his best to get him out.
Which proves to be tough due to the alligator snapping turtle being stuck under a crane and the fact that he can only hold his breathe for like 2 minutes.
But then he realises that he can just use the Kusari Fundo.
And thats what he did as by using it, he was able to lift the broken crane off Raph and tries to swim him back to the surface which was impossible as Raph was like huge. But he keeps on going.
“Don’t breathe, don’t breathe don’t breathe.” Mikey thinks as he carries his {hopefully} unconscious brother back to the surface as the thought of drowning while trying to save your loved one was terrifying.
And despite this, he suddenly releases all of his air and he was about to start inhaling water when suddenly a hand grabbed him and pulled both him and Raph out of the water.
All of the sudden, he was coughing up water and gasping for air. And once that was over he sees his friends checking on Raph to see if he is ok.
But when April checked the alligator snapping turtle’s pulse. She made a face that causes everyone to realise.
That Raphael {the leader of the group and beloved older brother.} is now dead. And this realisation broke Mikey’s heart into millions of pieces.

“No Raphie!” Mikey said as he runs to Raph.
“I’m sorry Mikey but, He’s gone.” Kara said to a crying Mikey.
But then he remembers something that Leo did and so despite everyone telling him that Raph is long gone, he tries giving him CPR.
30 chest compressions and 3 mouth to mouths was all the leader needed and even though the first round went poorly, the other rounds had improved.
And then after 4 rounds Mikey starts to talk to Raph, which looks like that he is begging his older brother to come back.
“Raphie please come back! Please! I’m sorry for wishing that you weren’t the older brother. I didn’t realised that you were just trying to protect us by acting as a good leader. But now that your gone, I don’t know what to do. What would Leo think? What would Donnie think? What would our dads think? And what woul-“

And just like that Raph wakes up and starts coughing up water with mikey being relived and happy that his older brother is ok.
“It’s ok Raph, I’m here for you. Just breathe ok? Just, just breathe.” Mikey says to Raph as he helps the leader cough out more water by hitting his back.
Until finally the coughing fit stops and Raph lies down on the floor panting for air and also shivering for some reason.
“Wait a minute, I seen this one before. “Since turtles are reptiles, they get cold during the winter and autumn times. So that means that Raph might go into a cold shock because the water was cold.” Kara explains to everyone when she sees this.
“What? But I saved him. I can’t let him die again from a cold shock.” Mikey said being worried.
“Don’t worry Mikey. Because since my mum is away for another business trip, we can go to my apartment and I can set up the fireplace.” April said.
“Wow, your mum really likes going on business trips, huh?” Apple said.
And so she releases Mayhem from her bag and everyone teleports to April’s apartment.

“There. Now that we’re here, we can finally make sure that Raph is warm.” April said as the mad dogs are now in her apartment room.
And so once Mikey has Raph {who is still shivering} sit on the couch, he sees April burning a bunch of woods in the fireplace, Kara wrapping Raph up in some weighted blankets and Apple doing his best to make some cup of teas for both Mikey and Raph.
And then once everyone’s out of the living room, Raph opens his eyes to see that Mikey is with him which makes the Box turtle happy to see.
“M-mikey? W-what Happened.” Raph asked.
“You were under the cold water for a long time, so I had to rescue you. But I was really scared when we found out that you died. So I had to bring you back to life and that really scares me because, well Leo’s the medic and not me.” Mikey said still being traumatised by what happened a few minutes ago.
and hearing this causes Raph to shake in fear as well he died and had to be revived by Mikey, who was still 14 years old. And upon looking at Mikey with a scared look on his face, the alligator snapping turtle could tell that he wasn’t ok with what just happened.
But then just when he was about to say anything, Mikey gives him a hug which surprises Raph.
“Raphie. I’m sorry for being angry at you about babying me. I didn’t realise that me trying to prove myself to you would cause you to die by drowning. Especially to those mean and scary mutant crabs. Would you ever forgive me for nearly risking your life?” Mikey asked with tears in his eyes.
“Sure I do big man. And I’m also sorry for babying you so much. As Raph sees that you have now become a man and a well trained fighter. And thats what I love about you bro.” Raph says as he hugs Mikey back.
“I love you Raphie.” Mikey said while crying happily.
“Raph loves you too.” Raph also said.
And they continue to hug like this until their friends comes back with 2 cups of tea for the 2 of them. Which they both enjoy together.
And so they see April calling Leo and Donnie to inform them that their 2 siblings are safe and sound, while Mikey sleeps next to Raph, which the older brother finds it cute and heartwarming.
And so after he tucks his little brother in with one of the weighted blanket, Raph falls asleep with Mikey too. As April, Kara and Apple sees this and thinks that this is the most cutest thing they have ever seen.
As for the first time since forever, the box turtle had finally appreciated what Raph had done to him as the older brother.
And so Mikey smiles, as he can’t wait to tell Leo and Donnie what happened to them, once they get to April’s apartment.
