Notes:

Hello everyone and welcome to my first attempt of a Peter and Fel story. I love this couple with all my heart and practically read almost every single Peter and Felicia book from Wattpad, to FF.net, various one shots on Tumblr, and even here. Now my story is gonna be one of three basing it off the game cuz it's honestly the best interaction between Peter and Felicia even tho she lied to him about it.

Chapter 1: Chapter 1: KingPin Take-Down

Chapter Text

In a small Manhattan apartment, a lone spider soon crawled from its perfectly trimmed web towards the closed window. Moving along the far side the apartment various pictures sat framed along a small shelf.

One picture had an older, grey haired man smiling with a equally happy brunette woman. The next picture was of a trio of friends smiling happily. The man had glasses with a smile, the female in the middle smiled brightly, as the last person held the camera eager to have caught the two off guard.

Another framed picture had an older man with platinum blonde hair, with a woman looking quite elegant as the man and a little girl who had the same matching features of her parents smiling softly.

The framed picture next to it had the same young man with brown eyes and unkempt brown hair sleeked back. He wore a form fitting suit with a mature platinum blonde hair. She wore a long form fitting black dress. Behind the couple read, 'Homecoming'.

The final picture had six small cut out pictures of the same couple. In the first picture, the man hung upside down as the platinum haired woman wore an amused look as she shrugged. The second picture was of them, but the man look annoyed and the woman kissed his cheek. The third picture was him bloating up his face like a balloon and the woman laughing. The fourth had them holding up various masks one red with black web lines and white eye lens. As the woman held up a black goggles with orange tinted lens. The fifth picture had the woman flexing as the man had a shocked look on his face. And the sixth and final picture showed them sharing a passionate and loving kiss.

On the shelf next to it were physic's textbooks, a vase full of roses, another picture with an older brunette haired woman, the young man, and the woman with platinum blonde hair. The banner behind them read, 'F.E.A.S.T.' On the shelf below had various comic books collected.

On the work desk, close to the shelf was a notebook opened with various spider designs, web formulas, and claw designs. Tools laid scattered all over the workdesk with empty Chinese cartons. On the desk rested a magazine with Norman Osborn on the cover. Next to it was jars labeled and partially empty, 'Money for Vacation.' and 'Money for New Laptop.' A black mask with orange tinted goggles rested over a magnifying glass with notes scattered around it. Next to it laid an inside red mask with circuits moving towards the lens.

Next to was a cracked laptop, with digital codes flashing across the screen. Resting over the bed was a collage of newspapers with various faces on them. 'Electro Unplugged.' 'Will Scorpion Sing Or Sting?' 'Fisk: Crusader or Criminal?' 'Rhino's Rampage RoadBlocked!' 'Vulture Squawks.' All them read the same company the Daily Bugle. Various sticky notes were scattered around the newpaper collage with a framed picture of the elderly man smiling widely, but the peace within the apartment was soon interrupted when a phone started vibrating against the wooden shelf.

A groan is soon heard before a hand reaches over to grab the phone. As the young man soon answers the alert, doing his best to wake himself up as another groan is heard before shuffling could be heard within the room.

A voice soon echoes over the phone, "All units, level four mobilisation. Location-- Fisk Tower." This springs the young mans attention as he jumps within his bed.

"Fisk?" He repeats to himself before another groan is heard. Before he could wake up the person next to him he was soon scurrying towards his kitchenette, "Felicia, wake up!" He shouts as he throws two pieces of bread into the toaster which immediately starts baking the two loaves.

"What?" The woman named Felicia groaned as the man raced over to his closet to pick up a red and blue designed shirt only to drop it in disgust as he maneuvers around the small apartment.

"Fisk." He states as he grabs two small metallic devices from his workbench soon testing the cartilages inside the devices.

Felicia's eyes widen in shock, "Fisk? They're actually taking him down?" She soon jumps from the shared bed as she soon takes off his shirt that ended up on her slim body from the previous night.

"Yep, but they can't start without its two quip dealing superheroes." He replied as the toaster dinged signaling the toast to spring upward as a thwip was heard and both pieces of toast soared through the air towards the two heroes.

The young man struggled to get his legs through his suit while attempting to eat the toast as Felicia was soon zipping up her black and grey armored suit before quickly tying her hair up into a high ponytail. The young man soon reached over to the workbench again and tossed Felicia, her mask before grabbing his own and pulling it inside out to reveal a red and black web lined mask with white lenses. He soon placed it onto his head as he flexed his arms before gazing over to his partner who looked to be activating the suits system.

The young man also took a second to boot up the system within his suit. He gazed around the apartment before finding Felicia looking at him. He took a moment before his systems booted up and he caught a letter slide beneath his door. Felicia caught his gaze before looking at the letter. It read 'Final Notice' to 'Peter Parker'.

"Still haven't paid your bills, have you Spider?" She chuckled lightly as he rolled his eyes beneath his mask.

"It's on my to-do list." He shot back before moving towards the letter when his phone went off again.

"SWAT is 10-84 at Fisk Tower. All units standby, warrant is en route."

Peter Parker or better yet known to the world as Spider-Man dived straight out his apartment window with Felicia Hardy or her own alias the Black Cat hot on his heels. Spider-Man soared into the air as he approached the roof below his building, he raised his arm high as a web soared his webshooter sending him rocketing into the air. Black Cat flung her grappling hook as she soared above Spider-Man. He rolled high as he shot two more webs slinging himself forward onto a metal railing. He raced across the railing before leaping high into the air and shooting two more webs slinging shooting himself forward.

"There he goes again, freaking show off." Felicia muttered to herself as she attempted to keep up with the webslinger.

Peter flipped as he soared through the air making his way to Fisk Tower as he caught sight of Felicia racing across the rooftop before launching her grappling hook swinging after him. The duo soon went swinging through New York as they caught sight of a helicopter heading downtown.

He soon tapped the side of his mask a low ringing noise occured as he saw the owner pick up, "Captain Watannabe?"

"Did you take him down yet?" His voice urged anticipation at answer.

"No. We're at Fisk Tower, but we're still waiting on that warrant." She answered firmly.

"Mind if we join in on the fun?" Cat asked playfully as her and Spider-Man raced towards Fisks base of operations.

"You know how Fisk's lawyers are, this has to be done by the books." Captain Watannabe stated in a firm tone.

"Please Yuri, we've been waiting eight years for this." Peter begged as he and Felicia soared above the streets of New York.

They heard the line fall silent, before a sigh echoed out, "If you two really wanna help then head to Times Square some of his men are trying to keep my men from reaching the scene."

"You got it." Spider-Man answered, "Enroute now." He soon heard the line fall silent before the door landed on a building and he saw Felicia stop, "Something wrong, Cat?"

She shook her head, "Go help Yuri, I'll try and help her men reach the tower."

"You sure?"

"Yes, just be careful. I remember the last time you faced him. He almost broke your back, Peter. Just stay safe." Felicia warned him as he smiled beneath his mask.

"It's me, we're talking bout Fel, but I'll meet you at the tower, alright?" She nodded as he rolled up his mask and placed a chaste kiss to her lips. She saw his small smile before he rolled his mask back down and launch off the building towards Fisk Tower.

She sighed, "Such a nerd." She soon launched off the buildings rooftop heading for Time Square where she saw various armed men shooting at dozens of police cars. She landed ontop a building overlooking the shoot out before scoffing, "Men and there little toys."

"Being in the hammer!" She heard one of the men state before the officers could retaliate a large tanker truck smashed through the police blockade.

"Alright, I think enough if enough." She soon launched off the building into a flip before launching her grappling hook out and kicking one of the armored goons in the back of the head.

"IT'S THE CAT!"

"Yeah, it's me!" She smiled.

"Watch the sky! If the Cat's here the Spider's not too far behind!"

She sighed in annoyance it was always like this whenever she stopped crime by herself they would always think Peter wouldn't be too far away, "Sorry to disappoint boys, but my boyfriend can't come to play. Hope you won't mind me kicking your teeth in tho." She reached into one of her compartments strapped to her waist and threw out a flash grenade.

"AHHHH!"

"WHERE'D SHE GO?!"

Gunfire soon roared into the air in various directions aiming for the Black Cat. She wrapped her grappling hook around one of the mens guns and pulled it from his hands, "You men and your toys. If you can't play nicely then I'll have to take away your gun privileges." She quipped as she sweeped her legs from beneath another goon knocking him onto his back and delivering a killer left hook into his jaw.

She leaped onto another blinded goon and delivered an axe kick into his skull watching with satisfaction as his head bounced off the pavement. She soon started delivering swift justice towards the rest of Fisk's men whos sight started recovering. After using Peter's web bomb, she dusted her hands clean before using her built in phone to call Spider when no one answered and Peter almost always answered her calls.

She soon dialed Yuri Watannabe's number and she picked up immediately, "Cat, whats your status?"

"I just got done in Time Square, is Spider with you?" She answered then switched topics to the webslinging nerd she's been dating.

"He's already inside the Tower. He told me when you get here to immediately let you in." She spoke quickly as Cat nodded her head firmly.

"On my way." She soon hung up before launching her grappling hook to a nearby rooftop and swinging away to Fisk Tower.

Ten Minutes Earlier

As Peter said goodbye to Felicia, he launched straight into the air towards Fisk Tower, "Todays the day, Willy." He beamed to himself as he launched off his web and raced onto a passing building before launching further and higher into the air as he caught sight of the large white tower approaching. His optics narrowed as he noticed Fisk's men shooting at the army of police.

He swung off his webline before launching towards the cops stationed infront of the building. He noticed a familiar face behind a SWAT Van and decided to go over and say hi.

"Get more backup!" Yuriko 'Yuri' Watannabe shouted into her walkie talkie, "And lockdown the airspace." She was soon interrupted by the SWAT Van moving and a familiar webhead's voice.

"You okay, Yuri?" Spider-Man asked concerned for his long time friend as he hung off the SWAT's Van.

"Thought you were heading to Times Square?" She asked confused on how he got here so fast.

"Cat's taking care of it. What's wrong, you look even more tense than usual."

"He's got a helicopter coming, if he gets on we're gonna lose him." She replied in annoyance.

"I'm gonna ya'know-" He pointed awkwardly at the building before Yuri smiled slightly.

"Do your thing."

"Yes!" He cheered, "If Cat arrives send her inside."

"You got it."

Spider-Man launched off the armored truck taking to the air, "Today's the day, Willie." He grinned as he soared towards the building. Swinging and dodging various rains of gunfire from the men in windows, "Head's up." He shouted before shooting out small web balls hitting the men in the face.

The last man thinking he'd also get the same fate as his colleagues dropped his gun and tried to run when he soon heard Peter's voice, "Where are you going?" He soon shattered the window, throwing the goon into the lobby's floor. To see Fisk's men shooting at downed officers, "I'll clear a path!" He launched off the light pole and into the air.

"Spider-Man? What are you doing here?!"

"Yeah, stay out of our way!"

"You have no business here!"

He heard all the flying comments about his interference, but he wasn't gonna let someone let Fisk escape, "Just trying to lend a helping hand." He uppercutted one of his men before webbing his feet and yanking him back down into his foot. He leaped straight at another one, with his fist pulled back and clobbered him, sending him hurling towards a wall.

He soon fired off web after web binding another goon tightly before roundhouse kicking him into the ground. He felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand up, as loud ringing sounded within his head. His spider sense was warning him of the approaching danger.

"Got you now, webhead!" He heard a voice yell out angrily as he was about to shoot him, when he was suddenly kicked in his jaw.

"Sorry, but I don't think so." He heard her familiar voice as he turned around to see her smile mischievously, "Where would you be without me, Spider?"

Before he could answer, his spider sense erupted once again, he flipped over a man with a crowbar, wrapping his legs around his throat, and pulling him off his feet into the air and back down onto his back knocking the air from his chest. Peter soon webbed him in place before he had that same smirk on his face, "I don't know? You tell me." He winked before launching a web and slinging himself forward to avoid gunfire.

Cat scoffed, "Boys." She soon followed after web slinging partner as they moved in tandem, quickly taking down and webbing up Fisks men.

Spider-Man and Black Cat soon made there way over to the police officers who were pushing the elevator button repeatedly.

"They shut down the elevators! Take the stairs!"

"Uh-wait, I don't think-" Spider-Man quickly voiced before sighing, "And there gone."

"Will you do the honors?" She gestured over to the elevator doors.

"Of course." He raced over to the doors before pulling them open revealing the empty elevator shaft, "All aboard the Spider Express!" He leaned down as Felicia climbed onto his back wrapping her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist.

"Reminder to keep your arms and legs wrapped tightly around the Spider Express and enjoy the ride." He announced as Felicia laughed softly at him as he launched onto the walls of the elevator. He leaped from side to side as he used his webs to get them even higher.

"My own personal elevator." Felicia laughed as Peter shrugged.

"Beats taking the stairs." He launched up the wall before seeing a vent at the top, "I believe this is your stop, make sure you take all your belongings with you."

Cat rolled her eyes as she climbed into the vent with her Spider right behind her. They crawled through the empty vent as Spider-Man's phone started ringing. He quickly answered and added Cat's to the call.

"Spider-Man, Cat, status?" Watannabe asked curiously.

"Heading to the upper floors through Fisk's vents." Peter answered, "Which is surprisingly clean."

"Our choppers are taking heavy fire seems Fisk has armored men on every floor." Yuri relayed the information to them.

"Sounds about right, trying to delay you to buy time for his escape." Cat replied matter of factly.

"We don't know how long we'll last out here."

"Don't worry, Yuri, we'll find him and end this." Peter stated firmly.

"Not just yet, we picked up chatter that there wiping there servers. We need that evidence if we wanna put him away for good."

"So make a pit stop to his server room, we're on it, Yuri." Peter answered quite chirply, before hanging up.

"He's desperate. Destroying evidence and delaying the cops from reaching him. He's not going quietly, Spider." Cat stated.

"I know, but we're not letting him get away from this." They soon reached the end of the vent and dropped down into the floor below.

Cat and Spider-Man soon were greet by Fisk's men holding various types of weapons when his phone started ringing once again, he looked to see who was calling when it said 'Aunt May.'

He roundhouse kicked one goon in his jaw before he answered it, "Hi Aunt May." Cat looked at him like he was crazy, before she soon heard her voice through her suit.

"Peter? What's all that noise?" The older Parker woman asked hearing the sounds of gunfire.

"Oh Felicia bought a new tv with surround sound and is currently playing one of her new action games." Peter quickly lied as he webbed another goon to the ground as Felicia looked at him and mouth, 'Really?' He just shrugged before turning some of his attention to the bad guys, "What's up?"

"i just wanted to make sure you and Felicia were still coming for dinner tomorrow night?" May asked, he then turned to Felicia who nodded her head eagerly at the invitation of dinner from Peter's lovable Aunt.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world." Peter answered quickly, "Gotta go now, Aunt May."

"Okay, love you, Peter."

Peter smiled, "Love you too."

"Tell Felicia, I'll see her tomorrow night."

"You got it." He quickly hung up before sweeping a goons legs out from under him and Cat ran up delivering a spinning back kick into his head knocking him unconscious.

The duo soon surrounded by Fisk's unconscious men before seeing the server room a floor above them, "Let's keep them from wiping his servers clean."

Cat nodded before wrapping her arms around Peter's neck as he web launched them to the floor above with a large sign that read 'Server Room'. The duo shared a look before backing away from the door.

"Go in that way the evidence will be destroyed in a heartbeat." Cat stated as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Gotta look for another way in." Spider-Man replied as he gazed around to find a vent on the far left of the roof, "Guess we got our entrance." She smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist and launching onto the roof. He watched as she climbed in first and him right after.

"Like our own personal ventrance." Cat replied as Spidey chuckled.

"I like how you think, Cat." He said as they traveled through the vents. As they moved throughout the vents, they noticed lone guards.

She used her grappling hook and flung him into the vent with them were he was quickly and quietly silenced before he was webbed above them.

"Hurry up, boss wants all this shit erased before the cops arrives."

"Or worse the Cat and the Spider." The goons shivered in fear thinking what would happen if the duo caught wind of what they were attempting.

"How much time until it's deleted?"

"It's about half way there. Maybe a minute or two left."

Cat soon kicked the vent open as her and Spidey dropped from above, "Is this tech support?" He begun when she finished the quip.

"We can't seem to remember our password." Peter grinned behind his mask.

'I love her so much.' He thought as he soon webbed a guy in the face and launching his foot into his stomach and webbing him to ground.

Cat dodged various forms of gunfire, but they soon ended when they were webbed from there hands and yanked away. Cat seeing her opening uppercutted a goon in the jaw before sweeping another off his feet. She leaped into the air bringing her foot down ontop of another goons head. Spidey swooped around before running up a goons body before shooting two strands at the ground and flinging himself feet first into the goons face.

After dealing with Fisk's men once again, Peter swung over to the computer and quickly started typing into the keyboard, "Can you stop it?"

"Can I stop it? You do realize who your talking too, don't you." She rolled her eyes as she knew he had to be grinning from underneath his mask, "Huh, for a criminal, his security system is a joke."

"Hiding in the server room? Cowardly." Fisk's voice appeared on the screen above them gaining both Spidey and Cat's attention, "Even for you two."

"Pretty funny considering your tryna delete your search history." Cat remarked as Peter had to stifle a laugh.

"After all these years, you're both just ignorant children." Fisk replied wistlessly.

"While they maybe alittle truth to that, it's apart of his charm and I love him for that." Cat smiled as she kissed her boyfriend's masked face.

"HEY! I thought we were a team and your siding with him on the witty, but accurate remarks." Spider replied with abit of mock hurt in his voice.

"Hey, I still love you, Spider. No matter how true those remarks are." Felicia smiled innocently as Peter rolled his eyes playfully.

When he soon pushed enter allowing him direct access to Fisk's servers, "And done. Not so tough when I cracked the code is it, Willy." Pete retorted which fell on deaf ears as Fisk glared at the both of them.

"Not one of your best quips, Spider." Cat answered as Peter sighed.

"I can never win."

"GET THAT DOOR DOWN NOW!" Fisk yelled, "You two will pay for your insolence." When the large screen turned black, the duo soon heard multiple voices approaching from behind the door.

"Boss, said get the door open!"

"Guess we have company."

"Appears so, shall we invite them in for dinner?"

"You bring the knuckle sandwiches, I'll pour them a nice cool glass of Hawaiian punch?" Peter asked as Felicia grinned playfully.

"Sounds refreshing. Let's go!"

The door bursted open with seven men swarming the room. Spider-Man lept first with a punch to the first goon, knocking him off his feet for Cat to follow it up with a kick to the chest. Cat dropped her stance kicking another goon upwards where Spider-Man shot a strand of webbing hitting the ground and sending his fist rocketing into the mans face. Sending him crashing into the ground. He slung another web, picking Cat by her forearm and launching her into another goon's face. Spider-Man landed as he soon webbed one of there feet launching him upward where Cat used her grappling hook and hooked it to his body as Spider-Man shot another string of webbing at his other leg and soon dropping him straight onto the ground harshly. Spider-Man and Black Cat launched two men back to back before roundhouse kicking them in opposite directions. The last man dropped his crowbar and tried to run when a strand of webbing collided with his back and he was yanked back hard. He sailed backwards where Cat's booted foot collided with his teeth and Spider-Man's foot collided with his stomach. He hit the ground hard as the duo nodded before racing through the open door.

When an explosion rocked the building the floor above soon crumbled before them as they soon went zipping upwards to the next floor when Yuri started calling.

"Yuri, an explosion just--" Peter quickly begun, but was soon silenced by the police chief.

"I saw it. It seems Fisk has the whole place wired. I'm gonna send up a bomb squad." Yuri said over the phone as Peter and Felicia soon got rid of the goons in there way.

"We'll make sure nothing stands in the way." Cat answered as she uppercutted one before releasing one of her Spider's gadgets. She threw the small web bomb and watched it web up the goons.

"Thanks you two." Yuri soon hung up as Spider-Man knocked the last goon out with a roundhouse kick.

"That's the last of them." Spidey stated as he dusted his hands clean.

"Going up?" She soon fired off her grappling hook to the next floor as Peter smiled.

"Going up." He soon webbed the railing before launching onto the next floor where the staircase door bursted open with police officers swarming the floor.

Pete and Felicia landed ontop of the railing as the group of officers approached them, "Guess bombs are apart of Willie's escape." Everything within the building was shaking violently. When voices roared from the far side of the right.

"AHHHH!"

"SOMEONE HELP!"

Cat was already on her way over to help when Spider-Man looked back at the bomb squad, "We'll look for the bombs, you two help the civilians."

"You got it." He soon webbed the roof before swinging after Felicia.

"Move out!" The bomb squad soon went racing back up the staircase to the next floor.

On the floor above, glass litered the floor with rubble crumpled everywhere. Fire litered half the floor as Spider-Man walked with caution before he heard Cat's cry for help, "Spider!" Without a moment's hesitation, he was at her side with some rubble trapped underneath a woman.

"I lift, you pull." She nodded before he gripped the large piece of rubble tightly and lifted. He gritted his teeth as his muscles flexed within his suit as the large piece of rubble started lifting upwards. Cat quickly grabbed the woman and pulled her free.

"God bless you, Black Cat, Spider-Man." The woman said happy to see the two heroes here.

"You need to hurry and escape this building is coming down." Cat warned as she nodded quickly.

"I will, and I heard more voices inside. I think there trapped." She said as they nodded.

"Don't worry, we'll find them." Peter stated before watching as another civilian came over and helped her escape, "Ready to go?"

"Always, Spider."

The duo soon went deeper into the office room where the ceiling looked to have collapsed ontop of some civilians who were screaming for help, "Same plan." He got underneath the rubble, 'This is gonna suck.' He lifted the rubble upwards as his muscles strained from the weight. Cat soon started helping the civilians get free when the ceiling started collapsing again dropping more weight onto the already large pile. Peter felt his muscle tearing as he pushed even harder to help them, "Hurry, Cat!" He strained as his suit started ripping when he finally heard his girlfriend's voice with the all clear. He immediately dropped the weight and flipped away.

"Cat?" He looked around, but didn't see her until he heard her voice on the other side of the pile of rubble.

"Spider, you okay?" She asked knowing his muscles must have been pushed a little more than what there used too.

"Yeah, are the civilians okay?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna make sure they get out safely and meet you at Fisk's room." Cat said softly which made him smile.

"Alright, be careful, Cat. I love you." Felicia smiled before placing her hand onto the rubble that separated them.

"I love you too, Peter." She whispered the last part for him to hear.

Spider-Man soon smiled before swinging off down the hallway before finding a vent and quickly zipping straight to it, "I'm coming, Willie." He soon crawled through the vents before his phone rang again.

"Spider-Man, it's Yuri."

"How we doing, Captain?" Spidey asks as he started crawling through Fisk's vents.

"We could be better. Our choppers took a hit tho, we've had to ground our last one. If Fisk calls in a chopper we have no way to stop it from landing."

"And no one to chase him once he gets away." Spidey replied connecting the dots on where she was going with this.

"Why do I get the feeling this is what he planned from the start?" Yuri groaned from the other side of the phone.

Spider-Man soon reached the end of the vent, "Because he probably was." He soon dropped from below the vent as he saw wreckage Fisk was causing, "Damn. Yuri, get the EMT's up here-fast!"

"We're trying--" He heard before another explosion rocked the building. Peter gritted his teeth as he launched through the once glass door. To see one of Fisk's men carrying a bazooka.

"You've got to be kidding me." He replied as he launched upwards as the projectile soared to his last location, but it soon didn't reach it because he webbed it, "I BELIEVE THIS IS YOURS!" He soon launched it back at the man as it exploded sending him into the wall.

One the balcony above, two more men came out wielding bazookas, "What is this bring your bazooka to work day?" He dodged the incoming projectiles before launching to the balcony. He delivered a vicious kick into one's jaw, before punching the other in his face, when his spider sense flared life.

He leaped over once again another rocket, he webbed the missile before launching it back towards its owner. Two more men came out with bazooka's, "Is this national rocket day or something. Jeez!" He webbed one of the bazooka's away before throwing it at another who's aim was off and fired at the ceiling. Peter soon webbed the man upwards before delivering a staggering left and right hook into his chest. He soon webbed the ground before sailing at the last man, and kicked him firmly in the chest.

He glanced over to the door before firing two web lines and yanking the door open. He raced through the destroyed office building before leaping over rubble and zipping through the small openings. He fired a webline before sailing through the air as he caught some more stragglers that belonged to Fisk. Not breaking his stride as he dodged the bullets from Fisk's henchmen, he webbed a nearby trashcan, swirling it around, watching as it made contact with two goons he spun as he fired a web net ensnarling them together on the wall. As he soon launched onto his hands he pushed off and tucked his knees into his chest before shooting two more weblines and slinging himself into the third goon. Peter rolled as he flipped into the air dodging various AK bullets. He soon webbed the gun out of his hands and punched him once, before shooting a web changing his trajectory as he punched him once again, shooting one more web as he leaped off the ground roundhouse kicking him in his jaw.

"Bomb squad must be up ahead. Gotta find them." Peter sighed as he looked right and raced forward slinging a webline and soaring into the air through a pair of red double doors.

He kicked the door open before seeing the bomb squad standing in the middle of the room, he leaped firing off a webline and swinging over to them, "You guys alright?" Spider-Man looked around to see if any of them were injured.

The leader of the bomb squad stepped up, "Yeah, we were just about to call for backup."

"I think I'm it." Spider-Man stated.

"Lead the way, we'll be right behind you." Spider-Man nodded before walking past them when one whispered into his walkie.

"Heads up boss."

One of them started raising his gun at his back, Peter stopped walking when his spider sense flared within his head. He narrowed his eyes as bullets shot forward, but they missed there mark when Spider-Man leaped over them webbing the gun from his hand and landing behind them as he tossed the gun back at him.

Spider-Man rushed the man with the shield, but then ducked beneath his legs, before uppercutting him into the air, delivering punch after punch into him. He soon launched a webline at another and punched his lights out, "You guys have been in bed with Fisk all along? Aw great now I won't ever be able to get that image out of my head."

He webbed another guy to the ground, before sweeping another's legs out from underneath him and webbing him down like the last one. Peter dodged and leaped from one man to another as he took them down fast and swiftly. After webbing the last two guys, he looked around before his phone rung again.

"Hey Yuri, looks like some of your men were on Fisk's payroll. Good news they were Willie's last line of defense. I'm right outside his office. Where's Cat?" He delivered the news the police chief.

"Black Cat just got the last civilian out is asks what she should do?"

"Tell her, I'm gonna face him alone."

"Alright, make sure you win, Spider-Man."

"You got it." He soon hung up before bursting through Fisk's office.

---------------------------

Inside the office of Wilson Fisk, the behemoth of a man was sitting behind his desk writing when an annoying arachnid soon interrupted his train of thought, "Writing your memoirs? Don't forget theres a hyphen between Spider and Man. One Black Cat is two words." He quipped as he leaned from Fisk's pillar.

Fisk didn't say anything as he tapped his intercom, "Get the chopper ready. I won't be long." He cracked his large knuckles as he got up from his seat. He picked up a remote as he started walking toward the back of his office, "I'm surprised you made it this far, but your foolishness ends here." He soon tapped a button on the remote a glass screen soon slid closed.

Peter waited for something to happen as he stared quizzically at Fisk. He flipped off the pillar rubbing his head, "You do know, I can see you right?"

"Eight years of this insolence." He started as he pillars transformed into turrents.

"Ah for me? You shouldn't have." Peter mocklingly swooned as the turrents immediately activated as Peter dived and dodged the bullets, 'Gotta wait for an opening.'

He dodged each attack as they soon started overheating seeing his moment of opportunity, he immediately started webbing the first turrent up and sent it towards Fisk's panic room cracking the glass. He immediately dodged the other bullets before watching as it like the first one overheat, he soon webbed it up before launching it at the glass covered panic room shattering it to pieces.

"HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?!" He shouted in distraught as Spider-Man destroyed his turrents.

"What's wrong, Willie? You seem angry." Peter joked as Fisk roared at him in anger.

"I WILL DESTROY YOU!" He raced towards his desk smashing it to pieces before picking it up over his head. Peter felt his spider sense blaring in his head as he smiled.

"Take your best shot."

Fisk launched a large chuck of his desk at him, Peter leaped into the air webbing the piece of debris and launching it back at him. With Fisk momentarily stunned from the surprise attack, Peter soon launched a webline sending him flying towards the rotund man and dishing out multiple strikes into his face. Fisk grabbed the agile spider before throwing him, when Peter launched another web and sent himself sailing at him where he threw strike after strike into his face.

Fisk gritted his teeth before picking up the lanky man and running him through a wall, pinning him onto an air ventilator. He grabbed the arachnid by his shoulders and flung him through another solid concrete wall. Peter groaned in pain as he coughed harshly, "You are everything that's wrong with this city!" Fisk preached as he came out the hole Spider-Man went through.

Spider-Man picked himself up off the ground before grinning beneath his mask, "Huh, that's funny. I was about to say the same thing to you."

Fisk unbuttoned his suit jacket before rolling the sleeves up high, "Bring it, bug." Peter sighed as Fisk came charging at him.

Spider-Man leaped above the colossal man before landing behind him, "Spider's aren't bugs there arachnids. I thought someone like you would know the difference." He soon webbed Fisk's back and pulled the large man down. He soon leaped and landed on Fisk punching him repeatedly, when the large man caught his arm and threw a punch at him. Peter's lenses went wide as he lifted up his left arm to avoid his mask getting damaged again.

Fisk placed his foot onto his chest and launched him backwards. Peter hit the ground, rolling as he saw Fisk charging at him again. He soon fired off web after web at Fisk before he saw him restrained and soon launched from the ground high into the air, planting both feet into the fat mans face. Fisk glared at him as he finally broke free from his webbing prison. He soon charged at Peter once again, "IT'S OVER, BOY!" Peter leaped over him webbing his back.

"Not this time." He said, but was soon caught off guard as Fisk grabbed hold of the web yanking him towards his fist. Knocking Peter into the ground. The fat man soon picked Peter before slamming him to the ground. Peter coughed violently before Fisk walked around him as Peter rolled onto his back. Fisk leaped ontop of him raising his large arms above his head and slamming them straight onto Peter who dodged it quickly.

The ground below them shattered from Fisk's strength sending the duo tumbling to the bottom. Fisk grabbed Spider-Man by his neck as the nimble arachnid placed both legs onto the fat mans stomach rotating them as he quickly switched places with him. He sent a web upwards as Fisk hit the ground hard, Spider-Man flipped as webbed the ground and sling shotted himself into the downed fat man. Sending the two through the floor towards an approaching catwalk, where Fisk grabbed Spider-Man's legs landing straight ontop of him.

Peter groaned in pain from the landing, but didn't have a moment to relax as Fisk picked him up like a rag doll and tossed him off the catwalk. Quickly reorienting himself, he sailed through the air onto the large glass window before leaping off, sailing towards Fisk. He launched two more weblines before rocketing himself forward into the fat man sending the both of them off the catwalk into the ground below. The two long time enemies descended into a freefall as Peter struck him repeatedly in his face. He hit him one final time sending him sailing straight through his marble floor towards the lobby of his building. Where Spider-Man soon webbed up the rotund man.

Spider-Man lowered himself onto a webline infront of the King of Crime with a smile on his face, "So should we kiss now?" Fisk glared at Peter darkly, "Yeah, you're probably right, Cat would kill me." The police soon swarmed the lobby pointing there guns at Fisk.

---------------------------------

Fisk was soon led out of his own building in handcuffs, with various reporters reporting the situation that was currently happening. No one said anything as they watched the KingPin be hauled off to jail when two people landed ontop of the van. Spider-Man and Black Cat.

"Finally off to Rykers, huh?" He grinned beneath his mask.

"You've got more enemies in there than we do." Cat added as she could imagine Fisk in prison.

"If you think this will be more than a minor inconvenience--" Fisk begun when Cat interrupted him.

"We would love to stay, but we gotta run. Have fun, Fisk, we'll miss you." Felicia grinned as she launched away on her grappling hook.

"Good luck, Willie, something tells me you're gonna need it." He winked as he soon followed after his felined themed girlfriend.

"IDIOTS! I'm the one who kept this city in order! One month! In one month, you'll wish you had me back!" Fisk shouted at the retreating forms of Black Cat and Spider-Man as the doors slammed shut in his face.

Peter and Felicia overlooked Fisk's departure, "Not on your life Willie."

Felicia sighed, "Five long years and we finally put the fat man behind bars. It feels like yesterday we barely knew who the KingPin was."

Peter pulled his mask off his face and grinned, "Five for you. Eight for me and I barely knew who the KingPin was you were stealing from him."

Felicia removed her goggles from her face as she rolled her eyes, "Okay if you wanna get technical." She laughed.

"Now with Fisk behind bars, we can disable the rest of his hideouts. Finally taking down the Fat Man's empire."

"That sounds good to me." She smiled.

"Alright, love to stay and chat, but I've got work. I'll see you tonight?" Peter begun putting his mask back on as Felicia wrapped her arms around his neck.

"You better, we finally took down the KingPin this calls for celebration. Don't be late." Felicia pulled Peter into a firm passionate kiss. Peter pulled away as he felt his knees quiver, "I love you." She placed her goggles back onto her eyes, "See you tonight, Spider." He then watched her make her way home.

"Man, how'd I get so lucky." He placed his mask on and started launched into the air heading to work.
