If there's one downside to having a very, very popular piece of media, it's the hundreds of fanfics and spin-offs that are created for it and the thousands of tropes mixed in, in a way he could check anything on the internet and come up with fresh ideas. Because if there's something he'd never stoop so low is lowkey plagiarism from the most unhinged kinky and bunny hole twists. And yet, there's the philosophical need to ask whether it is truly plagiarism if he takes from fanfics of his own novel? Isn't that a privilege a creator has to read, like, mix and mash anything he could to keep up the engagement - and the money - rolling?
Anyway, this is no longer the world Aiplane Shooting Towards the Sky has written and he would like a refound, please.
