Branch is a happy troll. Maybe some people in troll village could have something to say about it. He is not gonna lie, he knows that in the past he could be some intense.
Pop trolls are not made for intense emotions like fear, worry or anxiety. Even if everyone in troll village were scared of bergens, the Pop trolls weren't worry making contingency plans or building hiding places for if.
Maybe he is moving away from the point now...
Let me start over. Branch is a happy troll. Why?. Why not? He has a beautiful girlfriend, who is also the Queen (He still can't believe it) , after 20 years of being gray he get his colors back, and now his family is back. THEY ARE TROLL VILLAGE!
They got their brother back from Velvet and Venner.
Floyd is now recovering ( his right leg was badly hurt during the kidnapped-situation) He is still weak and needs a crutch for walking.
Bruce shows up in Pop village almost every weekend, he is staying because he has his family in Vacay Island and a business to run, but still he is doing his best.
Clay is really happy to be around more trolls, he to everybody join to his sad book clud, He and Viva are moving the Putt-putts trolls to the village.
Yep, Things couldn't be better.... except for one little a insignificant detail.... named John Dory.
Don't get it wrong, the things couldn't be better with his older brother, Branch and JD are very similar they like the same tastes as camping, both like to have weapons around (for concern of their brothers) , and all the relatives to survive stuff.
Branch knows his big brother is a troll with a strong senses of adventure, JD told him about some of his adventures in the Neverglades before.
They have become closer , those last weeks, Branch even sometimes ask JD for advice! He really had never seen one of his brothers like a parental figure. Of course, when he was a baby he remember his brothers taking care of him, he doesn't remember his parents, they die before he could remember, so ,with that point of view is not weird see JD like a in a parental way.
He knows is not the only one how fells like that, he is a smart troll, he see how JD smile at him when he ruffles branch hair, the proud face that he made when branch us with Poppy.
Yeah, their relationship now is like that, even is they are a little bit afraid to admit that with each other.
Poppy says he should be honest with his brother a tell him what is feeling, tell him that he sees him like his dad and tell him that he is really happy to hang out with him. Corny.
But that's just Branch opinion. He cannot deny that he is a little afraid of his brothers leaving again and he thinks can't handle that kind of situation again. That's why he is scared of all this new confidence between JD and he again....
Maybe he is over thinking things again, he hates fells vulnerable, maybe the best will do not think about it. Yes, push away those corny and familiar thoughts of your mind.
Yes, that's always a solution...
