7/25/20XX
The first case happened a few weeks after we saved music.
A normal day in Pop Village, everyone was happy that things were okay again, stress-free, singing, laughing, dancing. Just perfect. Normal.
That was until screams erupted as a troll on the side, who has been observing, just…Lashed out. It wasn’t long before more trolls started snarling and pouncing on others. The singing was replaced by screams in a blink of an eye.
It seemed as though they had developed claws. A crazed look, widened and deep eyes, like they're exhausted but forcing themself to stay awake. Their fur was scraggily, as well as their hair, tangled and looking as if it wasn't kept up with.
Many were killed that day, sliced open, bitten, mauled. It wasn't like they were zombies who needed to feast or anything. It was just an urge to destroy any happiness around them.
Troll Village was mainly abandoned. They all scattered. Some stayed, ran up into their pod, and locked themself in. But the majority of them scurried into the woods in opposite directions.
It was later found out that the trolls who attacked went feral . People assume it was because of what happened recently with the string and music getting destroyed, messing with the troll's minds... But it was repaired. So, currently, nobody has any other clue on what could have caused this.
Are the other types of trolls experiencing this, too? Did destroying music for that small amount of time destroy trolls?
