What if Janeway was still pregnant when the Doctor turned her back to human again? What if they never abandoned the lizard children? What if Tom Paris is just a little bit in love with his boss? A story which started off as something silly to celebrate my first ever Threshold day which has evolved (pun intended) into something a little deeper.
