Summary
When a Phantom Reaper defies the rules by touching Hell's ground, he begins to form his own soul, which goes against the fundamental nature of reapers. Death demands his return, as reapers aren't supposed to have souls. In a cosmic twist, Death's arrival at the hotel's door in Hell causes chaos that extends beyond heaven and hell. Now, Charlie and the others must do whatever it takes to prevent their reaper from disappearing.
