I was working on the physics lab report and I got totes tripped up on the theory
like idk if I get what's up w torque and I feel like it's kinda important for the exam next week

I just wish that the main nursing school I want to apply to didn't have a physics prerequisite

It's just sometimes I wonder whether I made the wrong choice w my major
Like between taking organic chemistry and physics idk these classes are hard and there are so many things I don't get
I mean I hope I can be a doctor someday and make plenty of money to support my folks but do I even have what it takes to get through undergrad?

It's like the effort for rotating motion like when you try to push a door open near the hinges it's more difficult to open than when you push it by the opening edge

Okay so imagine you stab someone with a knife into someone's gut and you start twisting the knife
It's tricky to get the person to spin with the knife
But if you stab the person in the head and start twisting you're further away from the center of mass for that gives you more torque or I guess twisting force to have the person turn with your knife
Though i guess that might just be bc the neck is more susceptible to snapping etc
God this analogy is terrible
Being this bad at explaining stuff I'm prolly gonna bomb the exam

well it's not your fault that the physics department finds a way to make something as straight forward as pushing a cart down an incline unnecessarily complicated

I still haven't recovered from the that time we had to record the velocity of the tiny carts 150 TIMES during one lab session 😭
I know they want to teach us about force or whatever but this just seems like some form of torture
