Chapter Text
Mizuki examined the shards that were in their drawer. It at least seemed like necklace charms. They weren't so broken they were unrecognisable, but only if you had seen them before you'd notice. The charms looked blackened now that they were broken.
"Oh no, oh no no. What is this? I can't work with these?" they panicked as they desperately tried putting the pieces together. They and Rui worked so hard on this for nothing.
But there was no use crying. Surely some sleep could fix things.
Mizuki went to sleep, and entered the Dream World once again.
"Rui!" They greeted, running up to their friend and almost hugging them.
"Mizuki! I'm glad to see you!" He said back.
This was the Rui that Mizuki saw in every one of their dreams. They wondered how they saw the same Rui every night, but they never felt bad about it.
"Y'know those charm thingies you told me to find?" Mizuki said, "Well, apparently Spidy-Chan told me they had been destroyed."
Rui sighed, and spent a minute thinking of a solution, "Uhh... wasn't there that repair shop? Hinomori Phone Repairs."
"Oh yeah! They seem perfectly reliable and trustable" Mizuki chimed.
"Fufu~ I knew I always have solutions."
Mizuki woke up that morning, desperately trying to remember what Rui said in the dream. Something about the charms... it was nice... what happened..?
They continued to focus on that scene from the dream, seeing if they could make out more details. But it was all blurry and fading away from their memories fast.
They tried going back to sleep, but the dream is gone.
...Hinomori Phone Repairs
It came to them, the small detail. They couldn't even verify if the memory was true. But it was worth a shot.
Mizuki packed the shards into a small purse and headed off to Hinomori Phone Repairs in hopes for the best.
And at the door was none other then Shizuku herself.
"Hey Mizuki! Do you have a phone that needs fixing?" She smiled, pushing away a shattered phone covered in Flextape.
"Uh... yeah... phone..." they smiled, "Totally."
Mizuki poured out the plastic shards out of the purse and onto the table. Shizuku picked them up and examined them.
"Can you fix it?" Mizuki panicked
"Of course I can~ Leave it to Shizuku!" Shizuku smiled.
Mizuki sighed and thanked the idol, before she pulled out a huge roll of flextape and began sticking them on the charms. The end result was... interesting. It didn't even have its original shape, it was just a mess of different pink and orange plastic. Mizuki was... horrified at the sight. How could this help at all.
"I fixed it! I'll even let you have it for free since you're my friend" She said.
"Uh... thanks Shizuku" Mizuki replied, disappointed but still polite.
Mizuki sat at home, examining the uh... mess that Shizuku has created. They wonder if they can get a new charm, but the only one that can create charms was Hatsune Miku.
Wait a second.
They didnt have much time to figure things out. In only a few hours would be their and Ena's platonic wedding. And they had to get ready.
