Zarine watched from the top of the stairs as her husband welcomed a new wife, she was upset when she heard about that woman being a second wife as one he didn't ask for her Permission of course his new wife Miriam didn't know this because her husband mars had lied about it. Miriam looked up from Mars and saw Zarine and was stunned when she asked Mars he told her that Zarine didn't like new people so to stay clear of her.
Although Miriam thought this was a bit odd, she still obeyed as she didn't want to get on his bad side and that was the last thing she wanted or needed. Zarine watched all of this unfold before taking her 10-year-old son Raj and going to her chambers to think about all of this, she was angry and hurt she was angry that he didn't ask for permission to have another one and hurt that he would even think of a second wife. Worse of all it was an Arabian so she knew she had to better herself or else she might lose the man she loved so dearly.
So since Mars got married to miriam she avoided Miriam like the pledge as she hated her and her very existence. She got even more angry when she found out after a year of marriage Miriam was pregnant of course her son Raj who is now 11 was confused on why his mother was acting like this in the meanwhile Mars was happy and was over the moon in hopes of a son so that he could have two heirs to the throne.
That would soon change when after 9 months Miriam gave birth to a baby girl named Aisha this of course in raged mars as he started to yell at her and called her all sorts of things and said how he can only produce boys even though he had only one son and stormed out so Miriam was left there in the healing chamber with the nurses as she held her baby daughter she was at a loss as she started to cry silently.
Thats When after a day or two Zarine came and looked at Miriam who was sleep and her daughter before leaving her a water before leaving. it was like this for a while.
When Aisha was 6 and Raj was 17 they started to suspect their mothers liking each other which seemed impossible for Raj as Miriam was his father's second wife she would resent her not love right? u]but that would slowly change as he started to notice how his mother seemed to slightly blush when around Miriam and he thought it was odd and he was seeing things as his mother always told him how much she resented Miriam/
So he decided to get his half sister Aisha to help him figure out if their mothers were in love or not but he had to pay her a fee that every time she found some big evidence he had to give her 5 frozen grapes. so then it began but after a week and nothing seemed to appear and he was thinking he was going crazy that's when Aisha came running she was running like she was getting chased by 15 lions.
''Raj Raj!''
''Yes?''
''you wouldn't believe what i saw!''
''oh?''
''Yesterday in the night when i was asleep i woke up twice to your mother checking on mama! kissing her head and making sure she was okay!''
Raj was shocked ''You aren't lying right?''
'
'Nope!,and i heard her say 'My sweet Miriam'''
Raj was even more shook as he knew it! he then went to get Aisha the 5 grapes since she has brought good evidence so then he got them and then gave them to her. so they continued to collect evidence and everything was going okay till one day while everyone was asleep Mars tried to stab Aisha but Miriam quickly reacted got into in front of her daughter causing the knife to go threw her side she let out a yell.
This caused Mars to try to take out the knife to stab her again but she managed to knock him off, Aisha was now crying that's when Zarine came running in and saw what Mars had done and saw what her husband had done she then grabbed him by the ears and dragged him out while calling for help for Miriam but then she used some rope to tie mars hands before taking Miriam to the healing chamber where Aisha ended up following them.
When they arrived she put Miriam on one of the empty beds and called for the nurses/healers. two of them came and started to work on Miriam in the meanwhile Zarine was holding Aisha till her son came as he heard all the noise. Zarine had asked Raj to take Aisha so the little girl did not see and he agreed and took Aisha on a little tour around the house of course away from his father.
In The Meanwhile, Zarine was angry as even though she 'disliked' Miriam she still cared for her and felt a sense of protectiveness over her which was odd but she knew her husband would be let off the hook as he is the king but she wasn't going to let this pass. Miriam had to stay in the healing chamber for some time so she was able to come up with a plan but when she went to the healing chamber again she noticed that Miriam or Mars were there she asked the healers.
''King Mars took her with him'' This made her heart drop as she quickly ran and ran as fast as she could, she called Raj and told him to have a guard by him and Aisha so he nodded before calling over one of the guards. This was bad super bad as she knew this wasn't going to end well, she looked all over the palace and sent guards as well to search for Miriam and Mars, she looked all every room and every stair the whole thing she didn't leave one place she didn't flip over to search for her.
She was at a loss till she realized she had forgotten to check a room, It was the lower basement when she entered she checked it and saw nothing she was about to leave when she noticed a door or hatch that was slightly open, she was confused as she opened the door/hatch she hoped this wasn't what she thought it was but alas she would be proven correct because when she went down it she saw Miriam in a cell tied up with chains while Mars had a torch that he lighting above her stomach as if saying 'I Could burn you if i want'.
Zarine was outraged and horrifed when she saw this, she knew her husband wasn't that good of a man but to know he was that cruel made her angry
She saw how tired Miriam looked and how scared she was aswell, but what shocked Zarine the most was the fact there was burns on the side of Miriam's arms.
"Mars, what are you doing!?" she yelled her voice filled with rage and shock at what damage he could do in such a short period of time.
"Zarine..!?" Mars said as he was shocked to see his wife down here.
"Explain."
"well..."
She grabbed a table that was near her and threw it at him which manged to hit him knocking him out cold.

"You witch!"
"what?"
"my brothers going to die because of you!"
She ignored her as she continued to walk into the palace.
"You a murderer!"
"Your brother broke rules so he's facing punishment"
She just ignored her and kept walking as when she reached she saw the guards outside and spoke to them.
"I assume it's already planned?." they nodded and told her that it will be next week but he will be kept In a cell for the meantime.
She smiled before leaving to see Miriam. She went into her room to see Miriam awake and smiled softly as she stroked her forehead.
" How are you feeling?"
"Well I guess"
"you still need to recover but I am glad to see you awake."
She then noticed Aisha asleep next to her mother and Raj on a floor mattress, she chuckled.
"Mars will be killed or well executed"
Miriam was shocked, "I'm sorry.."
"why are you apologizing?"
".. You aren't angry?"
"oh, for what would I be angry?"
"I am the reason your husband is going to be executed"
she then cupped Miriam's face as she let out a chuckle.
"nope, you're not the reason, he didn't ask for permission to have a second wife and owned a torture room or well more like dungeon but we already have one. They don't want a ruler like him"
Zarine smiled softly as she kissed the top of Miriam's forehead. Zarine then went to get up and leave when Miriam grabbed her hand.
"Please.. If you do not have any matters, stya with me.."
Zarine was shocked at this but agreed as she knew Miriam probably wanted some comfort after what happened.
So then Zarine and Miriam slept on the bed but Zarine was on the side where the door was and Aisha was sleeping in the middle.
The next day when Raj and Aisha woke up they were shocked to see their mothers on the same bed.
Raj then came up with an idea and a smirk came on his face.
"Aisha for 3 oranges and a bowl of grapes frozen at that. You push them a bit closer to each other"
Aisha agreed and, she with the help of Raj was able to move Zarine a bit closer to Miriam. once they were done they quietly made their way out of the room as they both high-fived.
When Zarine woke up she was shocked, to say the least, to see Miriam in her arms while they were asleep, she looked around once she woke up and saw that Raj and Aisha were nowhere to be found, she sighed as she got up, she had some duties and to prepare for Mars execution. she kissed Miriam on the forehead before leaving.
Zarine went down where Mars was and smirked.
''Look at you, thought you wouldn't be caught?''
''Fuck you...''
she then left and called the guards to have him taken. she then started to prepare for it, and it took around 2 hours but then a date was planned for when he was getting executed and when everything was done, she went back but while she was walking to her room Aisha came up to her.
''Miss Zarine?''
''Yes?''
''Mama likes you'' Aisha said staring into Zarines soul.
Zarine froze before she looked at Aisha but before She could ask Aisha anything Aisha had ran giggling.
