Chapter Text

Sunny laid in his bed, still bleeding out. It had been at least a year now, and nobody had come to his house. What happened to the people moving in? His mom? His friends? Screw Omori, why was he in this eternal state? Well, it felt like a couple years- Mom would say he’s being dramatic.

It’s even harder to tell as he hasn’t grown or changed at all. Is someone coming soon? Can they hurry up? The only interesting thing is the light on his wall from the sunset. Frankly, he’d rather watch paint dry. Well- no issue. Not like he gets that choice. Maybe he should just try to stand up? Too much effort. Maybe this is his perception- he’ll need to check what Basil was staying before with all the metaphorical stuff. His dream was really good! Maybe he should just go to sleep again? Or do his chores? Oh- right! Mom is out. It’s been at least a week then. Why didn’t Mari say goodbye? Wait..no no trying to go back to sleep.

Uuuuurgh.

Can something exciting happen please? I’m bored.

Come on! How’s Basil? How’s Kel? How’s Mari? Hows Aubrey? How’s Hero? How is Omori at this point? BANG. How much longer is this hell? Is this hell? Maybe this is what he deserved? Nah, he just wanted to play minecraft. Where’s Mari anyways? Is she here? Why isn’t she- hold on bang? What?

Oh. The door is broken.

Chapter Text

Sunny turned and looked back. All of his friends from HEADSPACE were sitting there. They did not seem to care, OMORI was their friend after all- not him. He turned and looked down- it was a long way. Did he want to jump? He seemed hesitant. OMORI was watching him. Sunny had lost and he knew he had to do this, it was for the best, but still. That didn’t mean that he wanted to.

Bang.

The door to the roof was kicked down.

Kel stared at him and then at the HEADSPACE CREW. Wait- what? Sunny acknowledged Stranger. He looked disappointed. It’s kind of funny in comparison to Kel’s wide eyes! Wait, huh? Sunny realised that Kel could see OMORI and friends.

His headspace-friends seemed to snap out of some trance and they all stared at Sunny. OMORI nodded to signal him to just jump. Kel quickly ran towards him, and pulled him from the edge. OMORI frowned and HERO flicked his head.
“You can’t let people do that Omori!” AUBREY chimed in.

A few more figures appeared in the doorway. Hero and Aubrey had arrived. They stared at the scene. Hero quickly ran up to MARI and hugged her. Aubrey followed him, crying.

Sunny decided to go sit down next to OMORI before anyone else saw his position. Sorry Kel.

Everyone sat happily. That was until they heard screams from inside. They all got up and ran inside, even MARI left the blanket. It was empty inside. Hero began walking to Basil’s room to check on him with everyone following him. Once they opened the door, they found Basil with BASIL. OMORI groaned as he noticed STRANGER was also here. Great.

Only Sunny seemed to wonder where the doctors were. I guess it made sense, given he and Omori were seemingly indifferent while everyone else was panicking. Guess their vision was cloudy, almost reminds you of a certain someone’s memory. Perhaps he’s being hypocritical, hm?

Sunny wondered if OMORI was had a conscience. Whether he was a manifestation of his guilt, saying what he himself thought. Maybe he should ask? Would that be rude? How did Omori view himself?
