When he said that, he was definitely not expecting Billos to give him... that kind of book.
Cale was not known for being the kind of noble to spend his time playing around with anyone, not even the young women who still tried to hit on him despite his reputation, mostly reckless ones who thought it was worth a try to get access to the Count's money.
Of course, Cale always managed to scare them away, and even if he couldn't Ron would be waiting at the mansion's door to deworm the young master, not allowing anyone to get aside for the Henituse to get inside the house.
And yet, Billos gave him such kind of novel.
He really couldn't tell if it was some sort of bad joke or if the owner of the place truly believed he was asking for an erotic story.
Cale, no, Kim Rok Soo didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
He found it funnier than he should probably, aside from Cale's reputation of being anything but a 'player', he himself had very little interest in that sort of thing, no matter if it was a first-hand experience or a piece of art, he never found the slightest spark of desire or joy from it, to the point he stopped trying a long time ago.
Not that he regretted his decision, if anything, each day just confirmed to him he made the right choice, not having to force himself into engaging in something he didn't like did marvelous things to his mental health.
