Stories from the Past

Summary:

Amity and Camila stroll down memory lane

Work Text:

Amity sat next to Camila at the kitchen table, the photo album laying on the surface between them

The wide smile on Amity's lips only grew as she saw each new adorable picture

Camila turned the page, and the witches golden eyes landed on the specific image, she reached out and pointed at the old faded picture

"Oh, what's the story behind this one?"

Camila chuckled, and began to recount the tale.....

Manny stood next to his young daughter, who was scanning the beach length

She turned to her dad, "Where are the seals daddy?"

Her father rested his hand atop the young tots hair

"They are probably in the water..." He said, and Luz turned and looked back at the rocks were her papi said the creatures would have been. "Do you understand?"

Luz nodded, but then took off fully sprint towards the waves crashed onto the beach, clearly her father meant she needed to go into the water to see them!

Manny "Luz, wait......no.....STOP!"

Camila walked down the path, Carrying the picnic basket with today's lunch, Manny had taken Luz down to the beach seeing as she wanted to see the sea....

She stopped in her tracks, as Manny was kneeling down to Luz, who was already dripping wet, shivering and covered in bit of seaweed and sand

Manny turned back to see to see his wife staring at them with a raised eyebrow

Manny looked back at Luz and than back to Camila "I....can explain...."

She lowered the basket to the sand, and raised the camera that was dangling from her neck.

"Say CHEESE!!!!"

Amity wiped the tears from her eyes, laughing harder than she ever had in her young life, and looked over to see Luz on the other side of the table. Arms crossed and a pout on her face

"I didn't even see a single seal that day....."
