Blights don't get sick
Well, they do, but it's very rare
Be it their lavished lifestyle from long ago, or maybe they were just blessed to have a great immune system to minimize getting a mold maybe once or twice a year, but that was it- no more than that, and no less either
Or:
It's rare that a Blight gets sick. It almost never happens- maybe once or twice a year, but thats it. So when Amity comes down with the common mold, muscle memory tells her to hide it, expecially since todays her girlfriends birthday
However, Alador sees right through her (almost)
