Subject notes:
Miles is showing an increasing disturbing inability to perform previous regular functions. He's stopped using his vocals for speech, instead going mute safe for vocal tics, small cries, whimpers, growls, ect. The only words that he's been heard using in the last few weeks were simply "Sonic," typically paired with laughter, or "Help."
Our biggest issue is his usage of self-harm. Numerous times I have encountered him attempting to bruise himself. I've told this to upper management several times, but further restraint will be necessary to keep him from injuring himself. That isn't his choice to make.
Similarly to ███████ ███████ ████████, he has refused meals for weeks now. Nutrients are given via injections, but he's losing weight rapidly. BMI of 13.9, underweight for his height and age.
Despite his physical disadvantages, multiple nurses and few doctors have reported feeling unsafe near him. I am not included in that list, but his facial expressions are unsettling. Further reason for restraints.
His intelligence hasn't seemed to decrease, but with his mind gaining feral tendencies, it's "being buried" inside of him. A therapist will work with him to extract information out of him. If failed, I've been given permission to use electricity against him. If failed, I've been given permission to use psychological torture against him.
He is now fully unable to fly with his twin-tails. It's being considered if one should be removed due to certain religious beliefs regarding folklore stories, specifically 'kitsunes'. This measure is unnecessary in my opinion unless it is for psychological purposes.
He has attempted to attack five different staff members, myself included. Further reason for restraints. Reason for fangs to be removed. Claws have already been removed.
He has been heard crying extremely often. I propose the idea of a muzzle until he learns to regulate his emotions. (Will be enforced by therapist, if failed, I'll proceed with any methods to ensure his silence in this department.)
We've given him a pen and paper to see if he'll write anything useful down in his deteriorating state. Results are underneath this page.
I believe a large part of his distress is his belief that his "older brother" is not alive. Should we inform him that he is? Or should we continue down this path? I fail to see how he's helping us currently, and this might open him up further to give us more information.
If all of our plans for him ultimately fail, may I have permission to keep him for scientific research? I intend to study his mind, and once he ultimately dies, I plan on showcasing his body via taxidermy. I know this might seem unethical to most, but you surely understand where I'm coming from, after all, we have a shared taste in showing off. Plus, any remaining members of the resistance will surely lose hope seeing the remains of him. In the end though, it's up to you, sir.
I'll check back In next week, and if there's any new images or breakthroughs from a therapist, you'll be informed. (Although, I still believe that using my methods would be faster and more efficient versus therapy for the child.)
Ultimately, he poses no threat. You have successfully broken him down, Doctor Eggman. In comparison to when he first arrived here, he has almost lost sense of who he was. Kudos to you.
