Summary
Science was straightforward. Observe, predict, test, observe again. Rinse and repeat. It is the very basis of what every scientist must do to satisfy their thirst for all the knowledge they can grasp from the universe. A universe that decided it would be a great idea to place Homosapiens on a giant ball of dirt in the middle of an ever-growing vacuum filled with dark energy and matter.
The universe also thought it would be an even greater idea to shove the Fellowship out of a television screen.
At least Jupiter now has some brand-new guinea pigs.
