It was finally college for our dearest Phoenix Wright.
He was an Art major and minoring in Law.
Phoenix was excited to start college finally.
That was until he got a notification in a group chat.

Phoenix rolled his eyes fondly at his two friends’ texts and looked up ahead to see someone familiar and took a picture.

Phoenix grinned when he saw Miles slightly jump and turn around to see Phoenix.
Oh, that unfortunate moment. He was doomed.
For most of Phoenix’s life, he debated if he was straight or gay. It would be this moment he was fucked.
It had only been a few years since Miles said he was moving for school and kept contact with both him and Larry.
But Miles had changed a lot. And that was the problem for Phoenix.

Phoenix rolled his eyes knowing full too damn well it was a Jabot from how many times in theater he had to wear one.
Phoenix walked up to Miles

Phoenix chuckled at Larry’s response while Miles signed shaking his head
“Let me guess, Majoring in Law?”
“And you are Majoring in theater Phoenix?”
“Nope! Art!”
Miles hummed slightly surprised considering how Dramatic his crush Best friend was.
“We should go before Larry chases everyone off trying to find us!”
It was the damn smile that did it all for Miles.
He could never escape it.
Even with his studies when he was in Europe the smile and just Pheonix in general could never escape his mind.
Later on in the day, the two exchanged each other’s schedules. Mostly because Phoenix wouldn’t remember for his life what and when he had classes.
How Phoenix survived is thanks to Miles again. He made sure to put in alarms for Phoenix.
Oh, the things people do for love.
“You’re going to be late for class if you don’t go now.”
Phoenix jumped up quickly
“THANKS MILES!”
Phoenix quickly ran to his class.
Miles sighed fondly at this.

While Phoenix was heading to class sighed in relief.
Not because of getting to class not late.
Well, that too .
But Phoenix didn’t know how much he could take it.
‘There’s no way I have a crush on my best friend… Nope! He’s just a friend!’
Phoenix sat down for class
‘Mostly.’
Then his next class was easy

And the next
‘He’s just my best friend who’s rather attractive now than when I last saw him!’

and Finally study hall
‘Oh… Oh no… SHIT SHIT SHIT! NO NO NO.’
Finally, the realization dawned on Phoenix.
Especially since he found out what he was.
‘I CAN’T. HE’S MY BEST FRIEND I CANNOT!’
Unfortunately for our dear firebird. It was in fact true.
Phoenix did fall in love with Miles Edgeworth.
Who’d ever heard of an Artist and a Defense Attorney together?

Phoenix was heading to the courthouse to pick up some law books since he didn’t want to ask Miles to borrow any.
A girl walked up to him while he was getting the books saying something about love and a necklace.
The girl looked so kind and sweet. You’d accept the gift.
But that sweetness was bitter for Phoenix.
Her hair seemed like a raging fire.
Phoenix took the necklace since it was a gift after all.
After Phoenix took the books headed to his dorm.
A few weeks later heard that Miles was now dating Dahlia.
That’s when Phoenix didn’t like Dahlia much anymore.
Phoenix started researching the girl and saw she was on a trial for poisoning someone but got out of it.
Phoenix saw the defense attorney and smiled upon finding the location of the defense attorney.
“Fine by me. Dahlia Hawthorne.”
Phoenix grabbed the necklace.
After all, why would a Literature major want law books?
Over the weeks before Dahlia was dating Miles she tried to ask for the necklace back, which itself made it suspicious for Phoenix.
Phoenix wasn’t wearing the pink sweater but a brown sweater that said in yellow letters “BITCH I MIGHT!” That had the BITCH in Blue, purple, and pink colors with the BI part of BITCH underlined
Phoenix smiled as he headed to Fey & Law Co.
It’s better to go to a direct source after all.
