Anyway, call me back. I was just calling because I wanted to know if you wanna spend tomorrow together since it’s, like, the only day we’re both completely free.”

“Oh my god dude these pigeons have been after me for years, I swear to god they have something against me. I don’t know why I even called you because you never answer your phone and now I’m going to be killed by a pigeon and it’s all going to be your fault. I’m calling Hitoshi.”

“Just so you know, Hanta and I are having a dinner party next week on Friday. I called Izuku as well but wanted to call you personally. You’re both invited.”

“I was just calling to let you know that I fixed that leaking sink in the kitchen. It was annoying me. Anyway, I love you and call me back, I know it’s almost your lunch time and I miss your voice. I hate when our schedules don’t align.”

The phone rang and taking one look at who’s calling, Katsuki answers quickly instead of letting it go to voicemail, “Hey my darling, what’s going on?”
”We’re getting married,” Izuku’s voice comes through a little shaky but Katsuki can tell he’s grinning from ear to ear, ”in like 10 minutes, we’re getting married.”
“Yes, I do think I’m aware of that,” Katsuki laughs a bit.
Katsuki can practically hear the eye roll from Izuku, ”I just- God, I needed to hear your voice to calm me down because even with my job literally putting my life in danger, I think the chemicals in my brain are going way too crazy right now because of how excited I am and you always calm me down and I’m a little nervous I guess because I’m gonna have to like kiss you in front of everybody. Like my mom is here and oh my god your parents, I’m gonna have to kiss you in front of your parents and-”
“Izuku,” Katsuki cuts in because as much as he loves hearing his fiance’s (soon to be husband’s) voice, he can tell that Izuku is delving into a panic, “I love you. It’s just another day of showing how much we fuckin’ love each other, alright? It’s simple. I hate to break it to you but both your mom and my parents know we kiss. We’re getting married, it’s kinda obvious.”
”Right, yeah,” Izuku’s voice is calmer and Katsuki can hear him take a few deep breaths, ”I love you, Kacchan. I can’t wait to marry you.”
“I can’t wait to marry you either,” Katsuki agrees easily. He’s never been so sure of something in his life when he says, “I love you too.”
Then, Izuku mumbles it one more time before thanking Katsuki and hanging up.
It’s time to get married.
