"T-that strange rock- on top of that mountain..."

"Yes? what about it."

"It hatched!"

Notes:

This has nothing to do with LMk mostly pre JTTW. I've been dying to do one of theses too it was always such a fun concept to it to. I know a lot of people have already done this but I want to do it anyway.

Chapter 1: Discovery

Chapter Text

"King! King!" The children of the village cheered as their king came to visit them. "Well, hello my little soldiers" The king greeted them as he sat down with them in their little hut as the each took their turn to give a proper greeting then to just shouting at him some of them even gave small gifts. This was always the kings favorite part of his day greeting his village and their children that lived within it. "Mr. King, can you tell us a story. please!". One of the children pleaded looking at the king with big puppy like eyes. "Children please, the king has very many important things to attend too." One of the mothers stated as she tried to calm them down. "Oh no it's alright I wouldn't mind, besides it's been a while since I've told one anyways" The king said sleepily. "You telling a story? hope you tell it right this time." A voice said behind the king.

"Really Liu'er...". The king deadpan as he looked at his Husband. "What? just saying you know you like to "Improvise" your stories" The shadow king chuckled slightly as he sat by his golden king as the children snickered and laughed at his comments. "Ok, ok fine I'll tell it right then!" The King waved his hands trying to forget what just happened. "Now everyone ready to hear the best story of your lives?" the King asked with a smirked, looking back at the small little crowd of children. "Yes Mr. King!" the children cheered.

"Please Children, just call me by my name. Sun Wukong. The king of Flower Fruit Mountain"

It was a sunny day as always on Hua Guo Shan Mountain. The Newly made King sat on his throne that could look out to his kingdom, and besides him was his beautiful wife. They ruled this land together making sure everything was up to update, keeping alliance and making new ones, helping he's village with problems, and keeping His army in line and up to shape for fights against other kingdoms, demons, and thieves. Everything seemed well until one of his guard patrols came back with news. "Your majesty" One of the head guards greeted as he bowed down before rising back up. "Yes Erlang, did you find anything?" The king question usually on off the other lower members would come to him with little to nothing but this time...

"Yes, your majesty, we were patrolling the one of the far mountains and-"

"The mountains?" The king interrupted with a puzzled look. he didn't send any patrol to the mountains? that wasn't even their kingdom. "I didn't ask for any patrols that far unless my wife did." the king remarked but the queen shook her head slowly. "No, I didn't ask either." Erlang looked disappointed this wasn't quite the reaction he hoped for. He expected to be praised for protecting them by patrolling more area than usual. "I- We wanted to portal more area, to make sure the kingdom stays safe your majesty" Erlang said with more confidents than before. "Of course. We thank you Erlang However we have watchers for that task." The king calmly said. "Yes, we want to make sure no one gets in from the unprotected places." The queen added with a gentle smile.

"Of course, I apologize for going against your orders" Erlang bowed his head as he apologized. "No need you just wanted to keep are kingdom safe we are very grateful for that that." The king dismissed. "But please tell us what you saw." the king asked. "Yes, when we got to the peak of the mountain we saw a..." Erlang paused, trying to figure out the best way to describe it, without sounding like an idiot. "A weird looking rock thing." The king looked puzzled at his words "Just a rock?" The king sighed Erlang was one of his best soldiers, the strongest, bravest, and most loyal. with that he also had good Insight. It was like he could almost sense the danger before it even came but sometimes this can lead him to be a little brash, aggressive, and harsh at times. But over a strange looking rock?

"Erlang you know I always trust your words, but this seems ridiculous." The king said with a huff. "No not your majesty it was a weird rock, it felt like it had some sort of... life coming from it like something was growing inside." Erlang tried his best to explain himself but even he had to admit it did sound completely ridiculous. "So, like an egg? is that what you’re trying to say?" The king asked, trying to make sense of the situation. "Kind of?" Erlang sighed he should have just stared with that instead of making himself sound like a fool. "Well, if it isn't in are kingdom then leave it alone we don't want to anger the mother of it" the king demanded but was cutoff "But your majesty the egg was cold to the touch eggs are supposed to be warm to hatch, it was cold and there was no mother or demon insight to even claim the egg." The King looked to his wife about the new information. She looked heartbroken, whatever was in the egg was going to have no mother or anyone to look after it.

The king took this in consideration for his next order. "Erlang I want you to keep an Eye on it to see if it can still hatch." Erlang was surprised was an understatement "Y-your majesty? this could be a serious threat if we don't deal with it pro-" The king raised his hand quieting Erlang "I know, it could be but maybe it doesn't have to be. Not if he is raised right." He looked towards his wife who smiled at her king at his decision. "I trust you to tell me if it does and bring it to me." The king turned back to Erlang. "Yes, your majesty" Erlang grumbled under his breath nothing but hate to the kings decision but he has to respect it anyway.
Erlang only hopes this isn't the fall of this kingdom...

(Two Weeks Later)

It had been Two weeks ever since the discovery of this "rock egg". Every day the King or Queen would request Erlang to go out and check on it and report with the same news every time. "It's still hasn't hatched" and that would be that for the day. So, like every day for the past two weeks Erlang went to the Egg. This was becoming stupid in Erlangs opinion. It was the same thing "check on the egg today" or "Oh please Erlang check on the egg dear" It was beginning to get tired some. Erlang Touched the egg expecting it to be cold as always but today it was warm? was the mother around? For the first time Erlang picked up the egg the whole thing was warm, Hot even and... was it shaking? Erlang looked closer, it was shaking! quite a lot actually. "What are you?" Erlang asked before the egg quite literally exploded in his face.

He was imminently sent flying back. He quickly shook it off and grabbed the tri-point sword he had been carrying with him. getting ready to attack. The smoke cleared and only a little baby monkey was left. Erlang looked baffled at the sight was that in the egg?! Erlang carefully walked towards it. It was breathing- well She was breathing so She was alive. She and golden copper fur with a pink peach marking on her face plus freckles. Erlang carefully picked up the small baby monkey, this was completely out of his pay grade... the only other baby child he held was his Nezha.

He did promise the king to bring them back but... She was a Demon he would literally be bring a demon into their kingdom! But he couldn't lie to his king! Erlang was trying to think of what to do until the little monkey woke up and only took minutes to realize she was hungry and start to cry her little heart out which only panicked Erlang more. "Shit- uhhh. shhhh it's fine? stop crying! your fine it's ok!" Erlang didn't know what he was doing anymore. He just sighed and picked up his sword and hurried back to the kingdom as fast as he possibly could with a baby in his hands.

The King was currently in a meeting with the rest of the guard about battle plans when Erlang practically busted in the room now having all eyes on him. "Y-your Majesty!" Erlang called the king only looking slightly irritated he interrupted his meeting like this. "Yes, Erlang you have the whole floor..." the king jested to the whole room that was already staring at him. "T-the egg... from the mountain it hatched!"

"What..."
