After the Qlipoth incident, Kyrie wishes to pick up some fighting skills after a particularly close run in with some demons. Nero begrudgingly obliges. With Dante's help, she becomes pretty suficiant with a pistol and learns how to hold her ground in combat. She even begins to go on missions with the crew
Nero wants to be supportive, but ever since he awakened his devil trigger; demonic instincts have been clouding his judgement. He struggles daily to not just sweep her off her feet and keep her stoed away in a nest at home.
Meanwhile, rumors from Fortuna suggest that the cult isn't as dead and the Devil May Cry crew once thought. Ex-cult members from the town reach out for help. Who better to send to investigate than two previous members of the organization?
Surely, nothing could go wrong. Right?

Summary
Finally given some time alone, Vergil starts finding proof that Dante didn't die in the fire on their eighth birthday. As the devil in him responds to his nestmate's call, he has to hope that Eva and Sparda don't catch him out on a mission before they return from their vacation.
Meanwhile, Dante tries to help Lady get her revenge on Arkham for killing her mother, resulting in an injury that forces his inner devil to call for his twin.

Earth barely managed to avoid its own annihilation thanks to the last second assistance of new alien visitors. Slowly, civilizations that had been nearly destroyed through nuclear warfare, famine, and disease are rebuilt with the Autobots' help.
But the Autobots' assistance isn't entirely altruistic. Earth has something they want. Because mixed with the millions of others are humans with spark signatures and the potential to become sparklings. And the Autobots who had believed they were doomed to a slow extinction, have no intention of letting their new little ones go.
