    Baron Draxum originally had six turtles but four were taken from him. The remaining two’s upbringing was attempted and barely passes CPS guidelines. When a new mission arises for the two teens they grapple with feelings like belonging and wanting to experience life, which is quite hard when you don’t know what has the ability to hurt you. At least they have each other, and that’s all they’re ever going to need.
