Luna stared at the cracked rectangle with barely concealed hurt. For once her reflection matched how she felt inside. Years of bullying, years of scars, both internal and external. If she had someone that cared, maybe she wouldn't have been here. But she was always the one to care for others. They never seemed to realize she needed fixing too. Always the fixer, never the fixed.
With one last second of debate, she let the inner turmoil start to boil across her skin. The blond hair seemed to pull back into her scalp, slowly turning more grey as her nose lengthened. If she couldn't find someone who could help her, why not let the blood curse, the malediction, take over. Luna already was known as the lone wolf. It was time to actually become it.
